Best WLM Reviews
The room was nice. I loved the double blinds. They were great if you needed to block out light. They have a large lobby and a decent breakfast. The pool is nice. This hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Dollywood, so that was convenient. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
Looking for a spacious room and a quiet location? And this is the right place for you.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. They included a kitchen with dishes and silverware. Nights here were very quiet and provided a good night's rest.
Plenty of parking. Parking looked secured.
I recommend skipping out on the breakfast. Although they do provide a hot breakfast it did not look appetizing. Not much other variety is available aside from doughnuts, waffles, and oatmeal. I tried the coffee and it was not great either. Our next few mornings we took a trip to the local coffee shop. If you stay and eat there are plenty of tables to sit at. I observed staff members around constantly keeping the breakfast area clean.
This hotel has laundry machines available ($1.50 wash, $1 dry coins only) and an arcade for kids. I also noticed an outdoor pool but I assume it remains closed during the winter.
Overall, great value for the room. If staying in Pigeon Forge I would stay here again and skip out on breakfast.
Stayed for 5 nights. We were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom suite, 3 adults, 2 teenagers. The room was very clean, having a kitchen and 2 baths was a plus. The lobby big and comfortable. Yes, could use fresh paint around doors and trim and secure the outlets, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again. Staff was wonderful, caring and nice. Fresh towels were brought to us daily. Very quiet, convenient and well lit at entry doors. Felt the price was reasonable for 5 of us.
This place is awesome. This is where we will stay from now on when visiting. We do season passes to Dollywood which is less than 5 minutes away. We go twice a month soon as both parks are open. The rooms are big like a big apartment. With a kitchen that has a full size fridge, and a stove. A dining area, and a living room with TV. Plus the room with 2 beds and TV. The beds are super comfy and clean. The staff has always been super friendly. Has a outside pool. Has a big breakfast everyday with a huge lobby to sit in and eat. Wife loves the coffee says it is super amazing. We won't stay anywhere else in the pigeon forge area. We've paid way way more for hotels that only have 1 room, mini fridge, and microwave.
Nothing outstanding about this hotel. Off the main drag, not very walkable. Rooms are big (we had a suite), fitted with the cheapest possible renovations. Limited to 2 adults? Breakfast was well below average, worst we had in TN. Cheapest possible products, story foam everything. Coffee earned +1 star, it was drinkable. The entire hotel is run to squeeze every last penny out of it. We needed to change our plan because of the hurricane damage and we kinda regretted staying in this place.
Very friendly staff. Daily room service was timely and good. Very clean, although a little aged. Great service and staff. Conveniently located to all things in Pigeon Forge. They had continental breakfast, but we didn't try that. Will be staying again.
Highly recommend staying here. The rooms are very spacious and the location is perfect for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I believe the general manager was whom checked us in and checked us out, he was very friendly. We did not try the breakfast because we had some breakfast places on our bucket list but it looked and smelled great. We also had the suite with the jacuzzi in the bedroom and it was a great upgrade to the room.
Please Consider This Post Before Booking.
I’m unfortunately truly disappointed in our room status. Our beds were infested with bed bugs, the bathroom door was completely broken, the bathroom drain would not hold up. Please do not be fooled by the reviews nor pictures. The front desk lady was very kind and gave us the opportunity to switch rooms. However, it is right next door and I feel like more action should be taken.
