We usually go to the office in Lorton and the customer service is always great the representatives at the front desk are always welcoming which helps when you have a toddler in tow however this is our first and last visit to the Lakeridge location we will see his Dr in the Lorton office. The 1 star is for the front desk staff alone as the nurses and his Dr so far have been amazing. No warm welcome no information. very slow process.
Called me and cancelled my appointment even though my daughter may have pneumonia because of a $300 collections bill.
I see now this practice cares more about money than the well being of children. Very disappointing.

This is the ONLY practice I have ever been to that’s discharged for me for collections. Even worse so: this is a pediatrics and not adult care.
I still stand by what I said earlier. This practice cares more about money than the well being of children.
Seeing other reviews makes my point more clear: Parents told that credit cards on file are a must or you’ll “discharge” the child. As well as being for specific things charged to these cards without consent first.
I’ll make sure to never recommend this practice to anyone.
Chelsey Edmund is always great. She is very sweet and always shares valuable information and insight in terms of our daughters health. Would definitely recommend. The nursing staff is also very friendly!
I have 4 children and 1 grandson. I will go to which ever locations Dr. Caplan is at. We have been Dr. Caplan since he join the practice. He has seen my children from birth through college. His abilities to care for my children medical issues and life situation have been nothing short of a mircle and blessings. My youngest son 17 in college out of state. Still flys home for Dr. medical advice, treatment and referrals. He is a one of a kind ????
The doctors and nurses are awesome as they are going above and beyond. However, unfortunately the billing team charges the credit card on file without prior notification, especially when it comes to the no show appointment. I actually missed my daughter’s appointment only once. Due to a technical issue with my phone, I never received the curtesy notifications/reminder at the time. Despite the explanations I provided to the billing team via emails and phone calls, they still charged my credit card $100 for no show fee which is unfair. I am now thinking about finding new pediatricians for my three children.
We've had an amazing experience with Dr. Azi as our children’s pediatrician. She’s not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to each child’s unique needs. Dr. Azi goes above and beyond in explaining every detail, ensuring that as parents, we feel fully informed and comfortable with each aspect of care. Her approach is gentle, making our kids feel at ease even during challenging visits. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Azi to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate pediatrician—you will be in great hands.

Dr. Caplan is a wonderful pediatrician. I have known him for over ten years. He is very passionate, sensitive, and knowledgeable. He is one from a smaller population of healthcare providers who loves what he does and is not jaded in any way. Also, his follow up on treatment is definately on point.
We've been going to ALL pediatrics since my son was 7. Dr. Farber was the only person who would listen to me when my son needed additional services. Thanks to him, we got the care necessary. We just had our last appt there since my son is now 18 and thriving. 11 years later, the doctors, nurses and staff are still the best. Thanks ALL pediatrics!
