The man who administered my UA was so kind, very professional. Each time I've gone in for a random, the entire process takes approximately 15 min from sign in to sign out!!!!
(My secret is the time of day I go, never a soul on there)
Only leaving 5 starts so people will see and hopefully they will as well. I walked in at 10:00 and they said it would be a two hour wait. I waited the two hours no problem. I called back to ask how much longer it would be and she said it would be ANOTHER two hours if not longer, as I’m trying to explain I’ve been waiting in the car with my fiancé and child that has been screaming she hangs up on me. Honestly shocked that these people still have a job.
The only place I know that makes the dmv look good. I don't understand how there is a room full of people and yet everyone has a 2+ hour wait. You would think that drug testing being what they do, they would be somewhat efficient. This place does not value you or your time.
Only gave them 5 star so this will get seen! 0 stars for them. Been here with about 15 other people that have been here for more than an hour! A man that just walks up to the window and asks what can I do to get in and out and they pulled him back and got him in and out! In mins. "I have seat here for you sir"!! Yet all of us have been waiting. The two ladies in the front yelling my information so everyone can hear. With my name and what I am here for.
Mixed breed girl with curly hair that works the window was the rudest thing ever! Next time i get thrown a clip bored it will get thrown right back. Attitude adjustments should be HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! She will be the reason as to why the business may lose a contract. I was NOT impressed what so ever.
Front Desk lady is rude. Room is extremely cramped. Takes hours to do a 10 min urine test. Staff is friendly though. Need to find a way to be more efficient.
Went for a drug screen a random for work. I’ve taken my fair share of random drug urinalysis, and by far the slowest I’ve been too. Ask to go elsewhere it’s insane slow. Ask anyone in Freeport they will tell to ask employer to send you to Lake Jackson. Bless your soul if you endure being sent here.
Aileen and Mary are so sweet!! I always look forward to seeing them, I never have no problems with this place
