They were able to provide immediate relief to knee pain, provided near term solution with brace and some prescriptions and explained long term outlook and options. I had assumed that this would just be initial consult and determine testing needed, etc. Dr. Higgs was able to quickly diagnose the problem which I appreciated since I needed to get back to work. Special shout out to the wonderful gentlemen that helped with fitting and options for knee brace. Overall wonderful experience, thanks!

Dr. Holt is so easy to talk with. He always has a smile on his face. He never fusses at me for maybe doing things I should not have done.

The reason it is not 5 stars is because of the very long wait. Although the PA took his time with me (and I could hear her took time with others) sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours was a bit much. Thankfully, the medical care is awesome.
I've watched this practice grow, since my first surgery nearly 15 years ago. In the past 2 years I've had both of my elbows surgically repaired. All the staff is comforting, caring, efficient and responsive. Dr Holt and Evan have the best bedside manner. I've seen many specialists over the years and there's not many I can give the same glowing review
The staff and doctors are amazing! Lauren worked tirelessly going back and forth with my insurance and kept constant communication throughout with me. I had surgery on my knee and Dr. Mathew was amazing. He took the time and explained everything to my understanding and after surgery even wrote a personalized note for my after-care and even printed the photos and wrote what happened during each photo. The love that he has for his craft and love for his patients showed and I truly appreciate that. They are professional and super friendly! I love the fact that its a one-stop shop. Iman was super friendly and explained the PT process and got me scheduled with ease. I go there for my PT as well. Ashley and Jesi (my physical therapists) are great. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
The staff is totally professional and got me in early and treated me with the utmost respect but made me feel like family. Dr. Higgs is simply the best. I have seen him for several things in the past and he has never varied, always the best.
My husband tore three of his four shoulder ligaments off the shoulder. Dr M Holt performed a wonderful surgery in February. He said it was an extreme injury and recovery would be about nine months. In October, eight months later, my husband was told he had achieved 100% of shoulder motion and strength. It took a long time, eating well, and home and outpatient Occupational Therapy, He has graduated! This is remarkable for an 85 year old man who was and is very active. Thank you Dr Holt.
Abbey is so focused on my well-being and healing! She researches and applies the knowledge to my unique situation. Abbey knows when to push me and when to go easy! The entire team at AAO works well together and always helps out when needed. I always felt seen and heard and the focus always on my healing!
