Alkumah Halal is a family-run Syrian restaurant that was the first restaurant to open on this street about 30 years ago. They use a charcoal grill and their meats are truly excellent. I recommend the grilled chicken, the alkumah platter (their kofta in particular is phenomenal), the falafels (also world class), and the hummus. The family, a dad and his two sons, are so friendly. Will definitely return soon. Shukran!
We have been visiting this place for almost two decades since the Dad now the sons. Delicious food, warm and friendly service with the extremely fair prices and generous portions. We had Hummus for starter it’s creamy with warm pita bread. T-bone steak, so fresh perfectly cooked, it’s the best and star. Chicken kabobs were delicious all came with spicy ayres (yum-yum), yellow rice also can ask for salad instead. Highly recommended!!!
Food is that authentic halal at a great price. I brought a platter to my wife whom love halal food. She smelled it sent me for hot sauce. It took me 2 minutes i got back and half of it was gone. Next time I'll get two platters. Thanks you Brothers ????.
This is a family owned business. The food is freshly made and the taste is great.The owner dropped by to make sure all is good.

Best value for food and service in town! I don't understand the bad reviews, which made me hesitant to visit them at first, but now I only wish I did! Their special stuffed and baked chicken with spices reminded me of local cuisine from Arabia (awesome Shawaya). The staff were very welcoming and made sure to keep checking with us. Complimentary tea available. Overall, highly recommended!!
My family has been coming to Al Kumah for >20 years! The family is extremely warm and kind, offering amazing food with excellent service. Easily the best platters in the area - we drive 40 mins just to come eat here! We love Al Kumah!!! ❤️
The service was extremely excellent, tentative and friendly. They offered us free beverages while we waited for our take out. The charcoal chicken was delicious and the lamb shish skewer was delicious with the spicy pita bread. They hooked us up with plenty of leftovers for tomorrow ????. .
