Best WLM Reviews

Wonderful hotel just far enough away from the busy parts of times square and only a 7min walk to get there. The maid did an excellent job cleaning our room. Only 2 downfalls were paying an extra $30 for local fees a night upon arriving and checking in and the buffet is one price per person. So my 4yr old pays the same as I do for a breakfast buffet.
This past weekend, on Saturday, November 16, 2024, my husband and I celebrated our 42nd anniversary. We received outstanding service from employees Teeka, Jehmil, and Brandon, who each played a role in making our stay memorable. We were able to check in early and enjoyed a lovely room with a fantastic view. We consistently receive exceptional service and accommodations during our visits.||Later in the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of prosecco. It has become our tradition to stay here every year for our anniversary, and we would highly recommend this place to others. ||Thank you for another lovely anniversary weekend!
The staff in this hotel are brilliant. So friendly and nothing is too much trouble, I would say in particular the male staff. |The room was pristine, and had a great view. |It was unfortunate that whilst staying, there was a fire in the waste ground to the left of the entrance to the hotel. Scary doesn’t even come close, though the staff were 100% on it. It tainted the trip (which is no one’s fault) but staying on the 37th floor and experiencing the fire alarm, smell of smoke and therefore choosing to go down the long long fire escape exit , just rocked us. |All in all, if it wasn’t for this experience, I would have been 10/10 happy. The hotel is in a great location to see the sights and has everything you could ask for. |Thanks so much for handling the fire so efficiently and for providing a clean room and therefore comfortable stay.
This is a great location! Walking distance to Times Square and many other attractions. Friendly and easy check in. Room was clean and well stocked. 2 ladys in the reception are TERRIFIC!!! She went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure we were taken care of! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks
I decided to book this beautiful hotel to celebrate our 10th anniversary with my wife, we haven't even spent the first night and I am already compelled to write this review.
From the moment we arrived we loved the staff, I asked for a room with a great view of the city and they went out of their way to give it to me, without asking a bottle of champagne was sent to my room as a reason for celebrating our anniversary.
I highly recommend this place, I will do so with my friends and family.
The managers of this hotel should really feel very proud of themselves and having such wonderful staff.
Excellent service.
Not bad for where it's at.
The midtown area can be very hit-or-miss with hotels and this one, I would say, meets expectations but doesn't exceed them. The location is convenient in terms of access to Times Square and Broadway, but it's directly across the street from the Port Authority bus terminal and next to some grimier spots. Once you're inside, however, it's solid. The hallways and rooms are small, as you'd expect from a budget hotel in this area, but the design and quality is nice. The bathroom and shower were nice, my biggest complaint about the room would have to be the lack of space for luggage, but there is a small desk area which was very nice to work from.
If convenience to this part of Manhattan is key, I'd recommend this hotel as one of the better options in this price range in this area.
Booked this hotel as my husband has had a bad few years. But I'm sorry we did on check in the staff were quite rude, dealing with us after queuing only for another lady to come in straight to front of queue they stopped and chatted. There was no explanation as to how much deposit and also room tax they wanted. Just went need your card. Put on 5 th floor 505. No views from room overlooking balconies underneath with men in boxers. Constantly. Six nights bed made once. Went to reception twice explained my husband has cancer and room needs to be clean. Both times nothing happened.|The only savings this hotel had were Zack( bell boy ) and the young lady who mans reception for Hudson's. |The lifts are another reason. Very busy.|Having never been to New York before and having looked so forward to it. The hotel was awful ????. I asked to be moved offered to pay nothing was offered. The street outside stinks of weed. And I think to myself all the money paid I really was upset and disappointed.|Also I feel they need to make room available for people to be able to freshen up before we have long flight home late checkout 50 dollars and hour really you have to be out by 10 am. I would suggest not this hotel . Not 4 star in a million years.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Great check in/check out service. Our bed was really comfortable, and it was quiet at night. They have a rather strange restaurant on the main floor. It doesn't seem like it quite knows what it is. Fairly elegant set up but serves hamburgers. Very nice service, though. There is a bar/lounge on the 40th floor that has stunning views. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan.
