I ordered one chicken hard shell taco to go. Last night I didn't have time to eat it like I hope so I just refrigerated it...didn't open it.
So today I was opening it to reheat it and found a black bug in the container with the food. I kept it as it was and took pictures. That killed my wanting it.
The server was nice I did a drive thur so don't know about the atmosphere inside.
July 2024-The food here is pretty darn good. The ppl who work here are friendly and professional. They don’t talk much, but it’s ok. Their water is great! They have a huge menu. I come here monthly at least. My sister, who thinks she’s rich, comes here pretty much daily hahaa
Their food used to be very good. Lately it's gone down hill. I hate to leave a negative review, but it is what it is. I ordered a taco salad and there was almost no lettuce, and lots of grease running out of it. The taco bowl was greasy and soft. The burritos have also gone down hill with more grease than flavor. I tasted my taco salad and had to throw it out. I'm sorry, but we won't be returning.
5/4/24 update: Improvements were made in the burritos, we will be back to try fries and see if consistency is there!
The food is ehhh, the asada fries should have pico and lettuce! Unfortunately they are just sour cream and guacamole with cheese on undercooked fries which sucks. The burritos are stuffed with meat, but nothing else really! we want fresh veggies and rice and beans, lettuce, even just toss some pico if you’re lazy to cut normal fillers/ toppings such as tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lettuce, etc. add this in our meals & it will improve your food quality so much.
Stopped by at around 8:30pm on a Monday, ordered the monster burrito with beef, and the 2 carne asada taco plate. Both were very disappointing, and quite frankly COLD. I went up to the counter with my boyfriend’s very soggy and cold burrito and explained to the employee what was wrong and If I could just have a refund. He proceeded to take the burrito, not say anything, then bring me a remade burrito, instead of making a fuss about the refund I kindly took the burrito to my boyfriend in hopes that it would be warmer. As you can see in the picture, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The meat in my carne asada tacos was grey, chewy, and flavorless. Most places close at 9:00pm and this restaurant had 4.0 stars so we figured it would be good, however we were disappointed and still hungry after paying $35. Do not let the reviews fool you, this place is mediocre at BEST.
Was good, authentic Mexican food, minus the big prices and long wait of a Mexican restaurant. Like a fast food joint and a restaurant had a baby. With plenty of room if you'd rather sit down and enjoy. Plus, free chips and salsa, which seem to have disappeared from most places these days...
The food here is great. I had a carnitas monster burrito and it was excellent. The pork had a great flavor! My wife had the chicken enchilada w/bean tostada and she thought it was very good.
Very fast and pleasant service too.
This place used to be great now it's terrible. I ordered some Carne asada tacos and they were very dry with no seasoning. Today I ordered a ham breakfast burrito and got no ham and the chips were stale. The quality needs to improve or this business is not going to survive here. Please upper managment start doing some quality control.
