I’ve eaten at every Alibertos’s in the White Mountains and this is the best one hands down. Now it’s my families favorite place to eat when we’re in show low. The food OSS ALWAYS fresh and hot and the staff is always friendly. I also have eaten their catering at a wedding recently and it is also amazing. We’ll be back again and again.
First time there today, but it definitely won't be our last! The food was great! It hit the spot! The restaurant dining room and restroom were clean. Great value!
In my opinion, from the day it opened, this location is the Best! This place is always clean, and the food is always good.
I came through the drive thru today. I ordered a Chorizo Breakfast burrito. I did not get what I ordered. I wanted Chorizo, Bean and potatoes with cheese. I received a Chorizo and beans only. This burrito is large enough for my husband and I. However, this was very bland had no taste, technically a boring breakfast burrito!
We come here almost daily because my husband loves the Carne asada fries and it's very close to his work. Today there was a nice thick coarse black hair in my Carne asada fries. I immediately called and stated what I found when I opened my food box. I received a response of "well I don't know what you want me to do about it" I said "excuse me" and the girl said "what do you want me to do about it, you want another one or something?" I responded "I paid for it and I'm not eating the one with the hair in it". I drove back gave the girl the food with a hair in it and she handed me another one and tried to be discrete as possible because there were customers at the counter. But what great customer service huh, "what do you want me to do about it" I was so disgusted I couldn't eat it I gave it away and they of course didn't offer a refund. Their food is good as fast food Mexican food but MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT before you drive off. We won't be coming back to any alibertos.
Unfortunately this location has lost the good service over the last year. 5 times in a row we have had sloppy food with food we have asked not to be included due to severe allergies. Today was the last time. “I don’t check the orders.” Is the standard reply from the staff. Poor service and sloppy food. The original owner was a very nice customer oriented man. This crew is not that. It’s a Shame.
Today my granddaughter and I went to lunch today. Normally I don't eat Mexican food just not a fan. But today I thought we might try again because our taste buds change every so many years and Aliberto"'s sounded ideal. We went through the drive through. I ordered a steak and cheese burrito and she had a plate with rice and beans Estrada. It was so dang good. We looked at each other at the same time and said, how about a bite trade so we did. Thanks guys for changing my mind, I am a fan now.

I usually don't leave reviews this low but this was a horrible place! I asked for French fries enchilada style with crema and it was 16 bucks!! I opened it before I left and there wasn't any sour cream on top so I asked for some and they said it was inside or underneath the fries?? I asked if they could just put some on top and they tried to charge me another 2 bucks for it..
lost a customer for life!
Honestly, 16 bucks and I couldn't get a couple tablespoons of sour cream??
I'd go somewhere else if I were you!!
