I have been stopping here for years.
At least for the last 14 years whenever I am headed back home to phoenix.
I drive a semi truck and the parking ease is awesome.
I have to say I only stop here for the shredded beef fried tacos plate. I've never gotten anything else. I have always loved this particular dish.
Tacos have always been stuffed with the shredded beef, the lettuce, and shredded cheese.
But tonight.
I was truly very disappointed.
My tacos were flat. There was hardly any beef in them.
I payed for flat , stuffed with lettuce, and cheese. But very little beef.
I was quite disappointed.
I hope this is not a new regular trend. And hope it's just this night crew. Cause this is the first time I've stopped in at night. 8:30 pm.
All other stops I've made have been in the daytime.
I should have taken photos.

Great service and fantastic food. We had a carne tostada and taco combo. Both excellent, fresh and hot. First time here and I will go again when I'm in the area.
I had the fajita combo, and my wife had the two burrito combo. We definitely had enough food. One combo would've been enough for the both of us, but the leftovers were good the next day. The rice and beans were great. The fajitas were amazingly delicious. The burrito was very good. The fried cheese was super sweet and delicious. The service was fantastic and very friendly. I'm glad we decided to stop here and would highly recommend this place.
One word EXCELLENT!! We had the Chile relleno burrito and the chicken burrito with rice beans and pico de Gallo both were excellent and the flavor was superb!! Generously sized burritos also. They also have a salsa bar, the salsa was great, perfect heat and several kinda to choose from including green. And it wouldn't be complete without the hot carrots, onions and jalapenos! Everything was fabulous!
Giving it 5 stars would be too biased…I live in Arizona and been here for 20 plus years. This is a humble but very authentic Mexican (bit Americanized) food. Good tasty beans, rice and carne. Portions are very very generous. Menu is extensive so can’t go wrong. Salsa bar makes it all worthwhile because u can’t get that in many other places nowadays. Last but not least, My fav is the chorizo plate.
I ordered the carne asada fajita plate and was very happy with the taste, quality, and portion size. I had no complaints at all, especially after a 12 hour road trip with only fast food along the way.
Sign says best burritos in town, they forgot to mention they are also the smallest.. come here if you want cold carne asada burritos.
Wow! My wife and I split the chicken Quesadilla. It was huge. I had the carnitas taco. It was giant also and the best I ever had. Staff was friendly, happy, service was quick. We were only passing through but would be regulars if we lived here!
