The tacos were alright but falling apart so needed to use utensils to eat them. The quesadilla was probably the best thing here being properly cooked. The cheeseburger meal didn't reflect the ingredients in the picture on the menu as just meat, a slice of cheese and a bun. It had lettuce and tomato and shredded cheese instead of a slice. Not a huge deal but for a kid can mean the world. The burger was also super greasy which was unpleasant. The French fries were undercooked and had no salt on them. The cheese enchiladas were cold so I brought them back. They fixed that order but possibly poisoned the food in the process by microwaving a plate not designed to do so and melting it potentially into the food. The cheese was melted this time and I didn't see the melted plastic until afterwards. Plut the total was around $50 which is absurd for not being consistent with the cooking and proper cooking.
Ordered the machaca platter that came with rice, beans and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. It was very good. They also has a salsa bar. A cute clean place!
I usually order to-go but last week I went inside and ate with my relatives. I had the chimichanga with no avocados or guacamole(I’m allergic) and they complied:)) (also sorry for the photo, I couldn’t wait to eat lol)
The chimichanga was huge and very fulfilling. All the other orders I have had to-go are just as great and overall the cleanliness and excellent service make this a good restaurant.
I bought the $9.00 menudo from the Pinetop Az restaurant. I had two pieces of tripe and the rest was juice and hominy. I called to ask what was the problem ? They hung up on me once I was not placing a order. Yes this was rude, but I don’t need to go there again. Just a heads up if you are Hungary and want mex food. Look up Sal and Teresa’s not bad.
Rolled to drive-through and the customer service was incredible. The only downfall was my bean and cheese burrito had literal icy cheese. It was a little weird, but I still put it down after three days of camping. Would I go again? I would! Would I ask for them to make sure my cheese wasn’t from the freezer probably. The girl in the drive-through was super fun and very nice. I did notice like you often do that. There is a hint of Fabuloso taste in the food. Particularly, the jalapeño and carrots I purchased.

We ate here twice because their food is fresh and so delicious. It’s a small establishment but has roots been serving since 1977 so that says a lot! If you want Mexican food check it out. We all were happy with our orders only one issue the shredded beef burrito was very small and totally unexpected. The other burritos were a nice size. I had the fish tocos and enjoyed each bite.
Tasty machaca burritos. Fast service, clean location, and generous portions. Pleasantly surprised
They’re doing something right here???? this is one of my favorite restaurants on the mountain! Anything with carne asada is my favorite and their carne asada always tastes amazing and fresh!!
