Absolutely amazing barbershop. I have been going here for about 3 years now. I know all the guys that work at the shop and all are professional individuals that focus on attention to detail with their haircuts. My go-to barber is Hassan, ask for him & he will take care of you!
Poor customer service by a barber Marcos. Very rude person, seems like he is doing your service free of cost. He looked like quite hurry to finish it within 10-15 mins. He doesn’t interested to keep customer satisfied. Don't go for him.
Where do I start with Adam. I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Adam, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked in, his professionalism and attention to detail stood out. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type.
The haircuts and line-ups are decent, however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the wait times at this particular barber shop. I have always scheduled an appointment, and most of the time I arrive either early or just on time. A few times I have arrived within 5 minutes. Normally, I need to wait anywhere from 5-20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Today I was the first appointment of the day for the barber I regularly see and for whom I have never missed an appointment, and he took someone else because I was 4 minutes late. I am a doctor, and I have never refused a patient because they were 4 minutes late; if I did this, some of my patients would have died by now. If you do not value your time and like waiting or like to be passed up by people who do not have appointments, then this is the place for you. If you like good customer service like most people, I implore you to look elsewhere. This barber shop has lost a customer today.
I asked for a mullet. A mullet has a lot of hair in the back. This guy cut a bunch of my hair in the back. And left a lot in the front. Now I look like I have a reverse mullet. Gave me some sort of taper. Ruined a good year worth of hair growth. I have to go to a hair stylist to fix the unevenness. My barber talking about screwing some girls, causing him to get distracted and he screwed my hair instead. Would give a zero
I’ve gone to Hassan a few times. He does really smooth fades and tapers (hair and beard). He’s very detail-oriented and takes his time, never makes you feel rushed. I have a an occipital protrusion/skin fold on the back of my head and he did an amazing job cutting me as close as possible while still masking it. Each time I come, I’m even more impressed by the cuts and blends I see on folks leaving his chair. If you’re looking for a perfectly blended fade/taper, I highly recommend him.
I also appreciate that you can book an appointment through the shop’s website, although you may still have to wait a bit after arriving. Haven’t tried any other barbers here but they seem to be very good as well.
I went to Adam because of his highly rated reviews and I have to say that I am beyond impressed of his skills. He not only gave me an amazing haircut but he made me feel refreshed for a really good price.
