Best WLM Reviews
My girlfriend and I came in for the bake and Shark….it was really really really good and filling. The sauces they used were top notch and of course I asked for extra pepper. The owner and workers were also very kind and attentive. Definitely will be coming back on a weekly basis.
I was in such anticipation to visit this place after seeing their reel on IG,but when I got there I was very disappointed. This is the saheena I got for $3.75…tasted burnt..even the curry didn’t taste good…I’m not going back and won’t recommend it!
My dad and I came here to get some Panamanian food, and we were very happy with the "frituras." they even had bofe and cow foot soup. The ladies at the shop were super nice. Jasmine / Miss Bonne did an excellent job making us feel welcome and also suggesting some of the Trinidadian food. The "doubles" street food was very good. My favorite thing was the ginger pineapple juice ???? it was on point a must-have. We will definitely be back for more. The prices were very reasonable. The music selection was also great. A hidden gem a must say. Make your way here and leave feeling like you were just in Panamá.
Waste of my money and time. I'm a born Trinidadian so I know what doubles are supposed to taste like and their bara was thick and dry. If you know what bara is, then you will know that it's not supposed to be that way. Also the channa was half cooked. Unfortunately, I tried the pholorie and again, they got that wrong. The only thing that was ok was the tamarind sauce for the pholorie. It was a failure trying this place. Best thing is to get a plane ticket and get your doubles in Trinidad. This is a poor representation of indo-trini food.
First impression is everything. I’m really loving the food, the service and the way each staff member treats their customers. You must visit. They go above and beyond to make each customer feel important and special. Everything made fresh. They really WOW me.
Wow! Wow! Wow!

I was in the area and googled roti and doubles. Several popped up on my search but Ali's was closest to where I was visiting. To my surprise, as I entered the place, I notice how neat and clean it was. It was modern unlike some of the other places I have been to. The color scheme was warm. It is small and I loved the quiet calm atmosphere.I didn't have a chance to review the menu as I didn't have too much time to be on my way. The counter server was friendly and helped me decide on a vegetarian bowl with dhalpuri. I also ordered doubles. I didn't really notice the packaging until I got home. The roti was in a nice white bag lined with foil on the interior. It is a warm bag of sorts. Never had roti served in this type of bag as normally other places serve it in a brown paper bag. That was shockingly nice and it kept the roti warm. The dish I had, was eggplant, channa and potato together with spinach. The food was very delicious and so was the doubles. I would definitely return to Ali's. When you have a great experience, it's good to share and support our local business.
Excellent carribean cuisine !! We were greeted graciously by Kim and so glad we came!!..They have awesome vegan options....Kim was great at helping us out and hooked us up with an amazing meal. The staff is great, everyone has great energy and works great together. They are usually closed on Mondays but so blessed they're open for us today!!! We love this place!!!
