Kenny in the front was so nice! So patient and helpful. Also, very friendly and fun staff. They helped me get exactly what I wanted and even gave me free samples. Second time shopping here and I’m just mad I didn’t find this place sooner
I was at the counter the cashier rang up the purchase, a wig. I notice the color of the wig was not the same as the color I tried on. In the meantime the cashier had rang up the purchase. I said to her I don't want the black wig. She then said sorry no exchanges. Mind you I am still in the store, the wig is still in the manufacturer packaging. She would not even give me a discount for the wig on display. Really poor service.

Store owner said that there were no refund policies but an exchange policy if I didn’t like it. I came back to the store a couple days later with my receipt trying to exchange one item out of the few I bought from the store and he said did you use it? I said yes one time and my curls did not look good with this product that’s why I want to exchange. How would I know if I like it or not without trying it. You usually can return products at any cvs ulta or Walgreens Walmart target etc and because I tried the product one time and tried to exchange he now told me I couldn’t. Definitely won’t be coming here again Greedy owners keep your money after saying your allowed an exchange. He said now I can’t sell it. Like okay that’s part of owning a business what do you think other stores do when people return or exchange things.
I love this store the guys are so amazing and kind! I’m able to find all my supplies I need at this store! The best Ali beauty store!
