I recently visited Alibaba Hookah Lounge and had an amazing experience. The ambiance is fantastic, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding with friends. The hookah was top-notch, with a great selection of flavors that were smooth and enjoyable.A special shout-out to our server, Smriti, who was outstanding. Smriti was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service truly enhanced our experience and made the evening even more enjoyable.
Had to give this place a shout-out. Good service and server are friendly. It's kind of expensive but worth twice a week (Friday Saturday night) enjoy the vibe.
Best place to chill.
I recently visited Alibaba in Irving, Texas, with friends, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the atmosphere wasn’t terrible, it lacked any real energy or vibe to make the evening memorable. The service, however, was the most disappointing part. The staff lacked professionalism, personality, and charisma, making the entire experience feel awkward and disconnected.
The venue has what appears to be a mobile bar area, but it was shockingly understocked. The staff had to run to a nearby venue just to grab basic ingredients to make our cocktails. Not only were the drinks overpriced, but the quality was subpar, tasting amateur at best.
Overall, the night was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend this venue to others seeking a pleasant night out. There are better options in the area for both service and quality.
This is the best place to hangout on a daily basis. All the servers there are really amazing friendly. The place itself is so cozy, we went there once and it has been our usual spot after that. Really loved it there

Specifically ask Afnaan to prepare hookah he is very good at it.
My friend and I came on a Monday night so we expected it to be empty which it was. I can’t speak on the food but the decorations are nice. We sat down,ordered a hookah and immediately the pineapple flavor tasted burnt from the first taste. We got the attention of the waitress and she found a worker to help us. They switched the flavor to strawberry and after about 20 minutes it tasted burnt again. We got someone to flip the coals and it was fine for about five minutes. I own two hookahs and I’ve never experienced a hookah going out so soon and lack of flavor. The security guard during the week was nice which was the only highlight of the night. The bathroom was clean minus the pee drops on the toilet seat in the male and female restrooms and lack of paper towels.
