What a wonderful lunch we had. Found this spot on Google and stopped in for lunch. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the food was wonderful and HUGE portions. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. All around winner!
Food delicious. Different taste but really tasty. Liked the gyro with lamb slices. We ordered family style so we could try different dishes.
One of the best Mediterranean restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere is amazing. Probably the best hummus I've ever had. So delicious. Get the lamb.
Golden, CO. Stopped for lunch coming from Estes Park on our way to Denver & we chose perfectly since the food here was delicious! The tebbouleh salad was good along with the bamya dish which was braised lamb with fried okra and came with a larger than expected portion of a side salad & hummus with pita. Their homemade hummus recipe btw was excellent. But what really impressed me was the yogurt drink which was freshly made! I even followed up on where my drink was since our food was already there but when they said it was still being made and then when I tasted it, you could taste the difference between the bottled ones & freshly made. SF Bay Area restaurants that sell yogurt drink need to step up their game - why is it that we only tasted this in the suburbs of Colorado?!
Walking into ABG is being transported to another realm. The warm coze and intricate designs feels like you’re eating in a kaleidoscopic caravan with a desert oasis just outside, only you’re in Golden, CO LOL - The food is quite good with decent portions and solid value. Would recommend the mixed shwarma and hummus as well as the vegetarian plate. Service was very attentive and kid friendly. Def a great option!
I came across Ali Baba Grill in Golden while looking for a caterer for a baby shower for 25 people. I reached out to Mahmoud, he was very helpful and assured me they could handle our event. The food was delivered hot, fresh, delicious and on time. I highly recommend Mahmound and his staff at Ali Baba in Golden for your catering needs. Next time I'm in town I plan to dine in and enjoy another great meal.
Food is freshly prepared and very tasty. Service could be improved. I arrived ahead of my friend who was joining me, and the waiter brought all the food before my friend even showed up. I had to ask that they hold the food under the heat lamp for me. So timing could be better. After we finished eating, the plates could have been cleared a little sooner. Our server came to the table and left them behind.
The atmosphere is definitely clean but could be softened a bit. The room is very large and a little echoey. All that said, I will be back again. Good food reasonable price.
Amazing. The best hummus, and baba ghanoush I’ve ever had.
Forgot, the stuffed grape leaves were also the best I’ve ever had.
Beautiful place!
The grilled meat skewers were slightly overcooked. That was the only downside.
