I needed to stay in this area and, as most readers know, there aren't very many motels locally available. When I found this place I was pleased with its convenient location (I did not need to stay further north and drive back and forth). I only needed a basic, kitchenless room and when I saw this as an available room it looked like it would fill that requirement. But upon arrival I found that they had a basic set of plates, silverware, and such in addition to a frig, microwave, and coffee maker. Thus, it was over and beyond my expectations as a room, since I did, indeed, avail myself of these extras.||The room had a sofa, great bed, closet, and a TV (which I didn't have time to even turn on). The grounds are beautiful and parking was right in front of the room. What's there not to like?
This place is wonderful. I haven’t finished my stay here yet, so, stay posted. But, I felt like it deserved my immediate attention. I love the rooms. Not only do you get what you expect. They go above and beyond to make sure you get top notch “hospitable” service. They allowed me to check-in a little early too.
We recently stayed here because we had to evacuate our home for Hurricane Milton. I searched for hours to try and find us a hotel. I just happened to move my map up to this area, and it popped up. I am SO thankful to have found this place, especially in such a scary time! We had an upstairs one bedroom villa overlooking the playground area. It was beautiful! The whole place was spacious. The room was big enough for the 4 of us (me, husband and two small children). The bathroom was very clean, and that bathtub!! ???? The kitchen had everything we needed and was also very clean. The whole place was very clean, really. The bed was uncomfortable, but given the circumstances, that was the least of my concerns. The reservation staff was great and worked with us to add an extra night to our stay. My husband and I have talked about visiting again soon!
The one bedroom is spacious but very dated. The first impression walking in was a bad smell of cleaning fluid and mold/Florida swamp. I went back to the front desk and asked to change units but was told no and that the others probably also smell bad. Fortunately, in the back of the unit (living room and bedroom) the smell was less noticeable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and smelled fresh. The bathroom musty and the bathtub/shower very dysfunctional. The kitchen is very dated and you can't open the refrigerator door all the way because it hits the washer.
So nice & clean.. the whole set up is wonderful.. my son lost something in the room & I called back & the staff was honest & told me they found the item we had lost. Great place, great experience! We evacuated here while Hurricane Milton came threw.
This is the best value hotel, and the bathroom is incredible the best bathtub I've ever used. They have new Samsung tvs mounted on the wall. The sheets and pillows are soft. This room feels like home. Couldn't ask for me, really. The price is almost too good to be true. If you're flying i to Orlando, it's worth staying here and just driving to your activities. The money saved on hotel cost you could put to use during your vacation.
What a beautiful resort. My friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom studio suite! The rooms are very cozy, beds comfy, large bathroom with tub/shower combo. This place is a hidden gem for sure. There is a pool, Cornhole, shuffle board, large outdoor tic tac toe, pickle ball, etc... great experience!!! I would absolutely recommend this villa if you're looking for something close to Disney, but not too close, that is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, it is only a 30 minute drive to Disney, but this place is very remote. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and lots to do at the hotel.
Typically, I don't leave reviews for hotels, timeshares, extended stays, etc. But by far I was really impressed with this location. It may not be high rise by the beach, but it definitely left me with a good impression, rooms were clean and tidy on arrival, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils ready, noise levels werent too bad even being located right near a busy road, i slept peaceful, water gets decently hot, bath time was amazing, parking was good and wifi was on point I was also able to connect my laptop to the TV easily so firesticks or Playstations are welcomed, alsoThey had usb and usb c charging stand plug with wireless charging. I definitely will be coming back whenever I am in the area visiting family in pionciana/ Kissimmee. The staff were great and friendly even when dealing with multiple tasks. Emily at check-in was very attentive and did amazing. I probably left some other good things out, but don't hesitate to book a room. You won't be disappointed. If I had to say anything negative, I don't have anything to say bad about this place. My experience was fine. Sometimes, it could be an off day, but that doesn't mean something is deemed not worth it. I hope whoever uses my review for their final decision has a positive experience as well.
