My husband picked up a dozen and a half Tamales this morning. I've been wanting some and haven't found anyone selling them for a while now. So I was super excited to have them.
WORST Tamales I've ever tasted! If you like salty food, these are #1. They are so salty, the salt must have fallen in while being measured. (Hopefully it was an accident. )
Now if you can swallow the extremely salty tamale, you wouldn't even know you're eating a tamale unless you're looking at it. They had such an overpowered taste of smokey burnt food. I could even taste the mask.
Even as I sit here writing this review, the smell of something burned is lingering in the air.
So dry, salty and burnt. Definitely overpriced, especially for terrible food.
Oh, and the hot sauce was just as bad.
Disappointed customer.
This location is too small to plan a community recovery committee meeting. I recommend North Side Oscar's Restaurant for gatherings over 20 people.
Charging more for rising cost of meat and eggs, and serve up these half filled burritos
I've had more than one problem with getting the wrong order. There were 2 children taking orders, and I received the wrong items. One out of 3 burritos were correct, and I didn't recieve extra salsa like I ask for everytime.
good prices but salesperson seemed like she didn't want to take my order or be bothered with me . food was fresh and was prepared quickly . no tamales available when i went
Was not happy today. Normally my favorite burrito place in town. Food was still good but they got my order wrong. Good barbacoa. Just wish I would have had the other three items on my burrito.
The bacon was old like it was cooked a day before and they re cooked it so was the Barbacoa greasy n hard never again
The food is amazing. Let's get that out of the way. From breakfast burritos to more traditional Mexican dishes you really can't beat it. The customer service is top notch as well. The food is usually fast, and the seating is simple yet roomy enough so no complaints there.
The only issue anyone could have Here is the parking, and honestly that is just due to how popular this place can be. Highly recommend
