Best WLM Reviews
First time here. We really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was great, loud enough, but not so loud that you couldn't talk comfortably. We split the burrito, it was delicious! Our server, Sydney, was fun and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back!
We've been going to Alfanos for years and loved everything. The last few times the pizza wasn't as good and then tonite, I ordered a chef salad which is listed as egg, tomato, turkey, ham, cheese, onion and croutons. I ordered with no onions. We get home and there is green and black olives all over the salad and no egg. I called and let the person on the phone know what happened and she said I had to bring the salad back and then get a new one or they wouldn't do anything. I told her they probably lost a customer and she said..."OK". Lol. So, yes indeed, they did lost a customer.
The food was amazing, the prices are great, and the atmosphere in the bar and the restaurant sides were both beautiful! The toppings on the pizza were very generous. The chicken Parmigiano was delicious! The Italian sausage soup was better than anything I've ever had at the olive chain place by a mile! They have a separate takeout area and they also have a sit down family area and a bar atmosphere (which is also family friendly because they have bar seating and booths) this was my first visit so I had to share how impressed I was. Sorry my food was half eaten in the photos, I was not planning on reviewing but it was too good not to share. The canoli was next level!!!
Family had a meal delivery to us today. Spaghetti and meat balls with garlic bread.. Canolli for dessert. There sauce is so good. Everything was temperature perfect. We love the food at Alfanos
First time back for dinner since the reopen. It's a Sunday evening with 4 people in the bar. Food was amazing but the attentiveness and service from the the individual behind the bar was rude. Once our food was delivered, he never acknowledged us after. My friend had never been there and I went on about how much Ioved the place. I was embarrassed. We were going to order the tiramisu after dinner, which I bragged about, but decided against it after I told the bartender how disappointed we were. He goes....oh well!!
Mom wanted to try this new to her restaurant for lunch today. We were greated friendly at the door. All menu questions answered, and stories shared. The lasagna mom had looked great, I enjoyed my mushroom risotto. This will become a regular lunch spot when I go north to see mom.
Very nice, friendly, and family atmosphere. I attended the grand re-opening and ordered the chicken parmigiana and I must say, that was the best chicken parm I've ever had in my life! My husband ordered grilled shrimp for an appetizer and those tasted so good too
I'm so disappointed by the female manager I spoke with Tuesday morning. I'm a RN had just gotten off a 24 hr shift then had 3 errands to run so we figured pizza from our usual favorite place Alfanos to make a long story short the pizza tasted like either the ham or pineapple was spoiled all 3 of us took a bite and came to the same conclusion. I was exhausted so made my kids sandwichs and figured I would deal with it in the morning. When I called the woman was so rude and said well u didn't call last night and I continued to explain I just came off a 24 hr shift. I was exhausted and didn't feel like complaining. So she states that she can't do anything because she didn't know if we ate the pizza ( which is insulting) I told her I would bring it back and she said she would look into it and give me a call never called. Waited all day lol what a shame you treat your customers in this manner we literally order from here every week. Guess it's back to Pappino's. Also posted a picture of the pizza we supposedly ate.
