As a local this is the best, affordable hotel I've stayed at. The staff is pleasant and professional. The property is clean and inviting with very thoughtful touches like a popcorn machine in the lobby. The nightly rate is the best I've gotten. Rooms are clean and smell fresh (not moldy or smoky). I really like it here.
Stayed here overnight for work. The bed was super comfortable and I didn't want to get up when my alarm went off. My room was cool and clean when I arrived. AC did make a little noise but I usually travel with my own fan which I forgot this time so the AC noise was perfect for me. Everyone I met was very friendly from the nighttime check in staff to the daytime check out staff. Breakfast was provided and the coffee was fresh. What more can one expect for a reasonably priced hotel. I traveled alone and I felt safe leaving my car out front. I love that no one can enter after 9 pm without a card key. I stayed on 1st floor in a king room with desk which made completing my work easier. I can't say what the other floors looked like because I never ventured up. There is a fitness room that was quite and clean.
The staff was absolutely wonderful! The rest of the hotel.... Not so much!!! Needs a lot of work! Only one elevator that worked and it was very very slow! The air conditioner made so much noise it was ridiculous!! Our room smelled like cigarettes and my Dad's room smelled like wet dog!! The garbage cans were overflowing and there was so much trash in the parking lot during our entire 4-day stay! Definitely not worth the money we spent!! Other guests were also complaining about the smells in their rooms and in the hallways ????
Great 24/7 customer service! Very clean and spacious rooms. Good amenities. I had 3 bath, 2 hand & 2 face towels, so plenty of towels for me which I appreciate for my 4 day stay. Near interstate. Breakfast M-F6:30-9:30, 7a-9a on weekends. Only cons were the location isn't close to nice restaurants, don't go to the waffle house across the street unless your desperate & starving!! No great views from the window. And the only ice machine is on the first floor.
Absolutely incredible staff 5 stars all around. Suite was very clean, common amenities provided. Abbi is literally the best she had an answer for every question we had, print outs of local shuttle services and recommended restaurants and bars. Stood up for us with complications with booking that wasn't their fault. Absolutely amazing, thank you so much for a major relief of stress in this long journey.
Stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Everything was beyond clean. Staff was very pleasant. Asked for more towels and an extra blanket and got no hassle. There was a full hot breakfast every morning. Easy access to hwy 155 and I 40. Parking was so simple and the parking lot was well lit with many cameras. I felt very safe. I don't even have one complaint. Wonderful trip .

The rooms were nice and the beds were soft and comfortable. There wasn't a weird smell. The comforter was thick, and they had an extra blanket in the room. There was a microwave and fridge in the room.
Our only issue was the tub. It drained terribley slow. We didn't feel like switching rooms and decided to put up with it. Our last time staying here we didn't have that problem. 10-15 from downtown. There are plenty of shops within the area. There are walking trails you can drive about 20‐30 min to Greene trail, Aztec, Nature bells Bend. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
