There are few and limited stores. The Dillard's smelled a little musty and the foot traffic was very low. The mall pretty much dies at 8 PM.
Seems like this mall may be on a decline like other malls across the state. But there are still plenty of stores that are open. And shout-out to the Auntie Anne's Pretzel crew! The almond pretzel tastes amazing. Your service was amazing!
Love the Alexandria Mall. It’s my hometown mall. We always enjoy walking early in the morning and shopping in all the stores. Support your local businesses. We come to the Alexandria Mall every time we are in town because of the Dillards knows us by name and we are always greeted with a smile!
More and more shops are closing or scaling back, 4 in the month of October alone. Also lost a regular monthly event recently that was helping attract customers. People don't want to see the mall fade like this but what other choice is there when the options dwindle?
A vast variety of stores, styles, and restaurants for a small city!!
Ghost town these days like most malls across the country. I'm very surprised it's still open and clearly on life support. Many of the surviving stores bombard you with over the top customer service because their profits are clearly sinking.
OMG...Is this what they call a MALL? Probably 80% of the stores are VACANT. Whole wings may have only 1 or 2 stores. It's almost scary! Major stores were Dillards, JC Penny, Burlington, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Victoria Secret. There were a few smaller stores. Again, most of the spaces are VACANT.
If you visit this "mall," do yourself a favor and park by the store of your interest. There's NOTHING to see by walking through the "mall."
Many places to shop..never really busy..we have a little fun every time we go
