Dr Abramov has been my and my 4 other family members PCP for 15-20 years. We all appreciated him as a wonderful doctor. Now my 18 month old is under his care. Since he move to new location an acquired new stuff it has been terrible experience. First, you are lucky if anyone picks up the phone to schedule an appointment, and they don't have online scheduling. when my child was 15 month old Dr Abramov advised not to give him milk, especially night time, which we tried to follow and since he is still teething and is not willing to eat anything without screams, I mentioned it to him at todays visit. His answer was "what you want me to do" and started yelling. I told him that I needed a recommendation from him since he is the doctor in the room. We were originally scheduled for blood test by other provider in the same office. Lady who works on the reception came in, put drop of hand sanitizer on her hands, did not even sanitize properly and I asked her to put gloves on or wash her hands kindly. She told me that she put alcohol and has to feel the vein. I said if that's a case please wash your hands since you work at the front desk with money, insurances and all other documents and plus hand sanitizer do not eliminate all germs. She started yelling that I have to go to laboratory then instead of just washing her hands. she ran out of the room and called Dr Abramov, he also suggesting to go to Lab, which I declined and told both of them that Dr Abramov is PCP of my child, they scheduled appointment for us to come in and I was not planning to go the the lab. and that only thing I was asking to wash hands. Dr Abramov asked this lady to wash her hands after 10 minutes of talks and arguments to wash her hands. Finally she did, inserted needle on toddlers arm, couldn't hit the vein and for 4 minutes he moved needle inside the arm while my child was getting blue from screaming. She removed it and asked me if I agree she would try different hand at which I agreed. she once again put strong rubber band on the arm of the baby and was "feeling" a vein for another 3 minutes and not finding vein. meanwhile she was talking to another assistant about my child's veins instead of talking to me. at this point I told her to remove rubber band and asked to bring in the lady who did blood test before on my child. Dr Abramov walked in lying to me he had no one else, while this other lady was standing in front and was trying to send us to the lab for routine blood test. I got my medical records and will never go again. This behavior and attitude is something I never expected from Dr Abramov. PS I don't think lady drawing blood was even trained phlebotomist. I will not let any doctor or assistant to learn on my child or touch dirty hands while drawing blood.
Dr. Katz has very specific "Soviet" style of consultation. Dr. Abramov and Dr. Slutsky are wonderful, polite and very professional. The front desk is always helpful. All staff speak English and Russian. I love this clinic. Thank you for your work.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Abramov’s medical office. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and child-friendly. The staff is incredibly kind and patient, always making my little one feel comfortable and at ease, even during shots or more stressful visits. The doctors and nurses truly take their time with each patient, answering all of our questions and ensuring that we leave feeling confident about our child's health. The office is also very clean and well-organized, and scheduling appointments is a breeze. We rarely have to wait long, and they are always accommodating if we need to get in on short notice. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about children’s health and well-being. I highly recommend Dr.Abramovs to any parent looking for compassionate, thorough, and professional care for their children.
Only one doctor for 100 sick kids! Better stay at home than waiting here for nothing!!! They will see your child and tell you the same thing that you already know
I gave two starts because I am constantly having to correct Dr. Irene Katz behavior and attitude towards my son. She aggressively mishandled my 18 month old baby by aggressively flipping his bottom to see in his eyes. I did not receive any warnings regarding the process of her procedure. She demanded that her misdiagnosis of him was correct and refuse to respect my advocacy for my child. Clearly there is a problem with this PA and Dr. Abramov needs to address it to prevent loosing patients. Personally, I’d recommend staying away from her services so your child isn’t harm during a doctor appointment.Overall, this pediatric office is okay if I was rating front desk staff and Dr. Galalina Slootsk.I’d also recommend seeing Dr. Slootsky (I’d give her 5 stars).

Been coming to this clinic for 7 years with both children and love them all. Professional staff who are very attentive and smile from the moment you walk in and amazing paediatric specialists who know every patient by name :)
