This is my happy place in hollywood! The service here it’s great the owner Alexander it’s always around and his job it’s just the best I’ve done different treatments there, such as haircuts, blow dry, makeup, hair treatments… They treat you like family and all of the team members are high quality professionals ????
Although the staff was sweet, did not get even close to what I asked for. They’re not very knowledgeable on color theory and at one point bleached the center of my head (my roots) so I looked bald. They were going to leave it like that if I didn’t look so alarmed and ask them about it. They then had to fix it thank god. If you’re going for something simple - I’m sure they’ll do a great job. However if it requires a little more technique and knowledge about color - I would look elsewhere. Also heads up: $30 for two highlights on my bangs which were just bleached so now they’re orange instead of caramel/copper. I’ll have to fix that at another salon now, but the rest of my hair looks alright and he blow dried it well.
I came to get the dead ends off, I said an inch or 2. She took off 4 at least, all uneven all over. Gave me layers in the front after months of me growing it out. I am crying writing this. My hair is 2 different lengths completely. I’m sick.
The haircut was fine but the service was some of the worst I've ever had. As soon as my technician heard I was using a groupon, their attitude was awful. They kept insisting my groupon was just a "$20 haircut" and my request for a face frame along with my basic trim was asking too much (even tho I paid $40). As my technician walked me back to condition my hair he rolled his eyes at the front desk worker at which point I told him I was more than happy to cancel and receive a refund. He insisted we continue but basically didn't say a word to me the rest of the time & was kind of aggressive both while washing my hair and combing it. I'm glad it was a simple trim because I would have hated staying in the chair any longer.
I went for a color, cut, condition with Groupon. The place is clean and the people are very laid back. BYOB!! (Bring Your Own Brush!) I don't know about you, but I like to see my brushes coming out of some type of disinfectant, not out of a drawer with someone else's hair being pulled out of it to use on me... I needed to leave by a certain time and they got me out. They did not seem very happy about it and even though I love the color on my hair and wanted to go back for highlights and lowlights... I will not be joining them.
This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life! The person that was supposed to cut my hair wasn’t even there… the stylist that ended up cutting my hair was the rudest POS to ever hold scissors. He wouldn’t listen he was disrespectful and cut off more hair than I had requested. It was very uncomfortable and I will not be returning to this salon. I will also be actively making sure other people will not be giving their business to this location.
