Called to reschedule my appointment due to me being hospitalized at the time and ended up speaking to 3 different front desk workers. When I finally got transferred to the right office the lady on the phone was very very rude! When I told her which doctor the appointment was for she started screaming saying I wasn't saying his name correctly although there are two doctors at this location with similar names... (how was I supposed to know that?) She also complained about how I should know the doctors name although I'm a new patient even though I told her my appointment was to see the ENT and that I wasn't sure if I was reading his name correctly off the referral. She then proceeded to tell me that she did not care. After that, I canceled the whole appointment instead of just being helpful by rescheduling me and telling me the right doctor's name for next time she chose to be disrespectful, irate and argumentative. He lost a new patient before even meeting me due to his rude front desk worker... Will never be coming here and would never recommend... I will also like to add that I am a medical assistant/ receptionist and if my provider heard me speaking that way I would be out of a job...
One of the most absurd "doctor" visits I've ever had. You will never see the doctor himself at his practice, only his assistant. He is never there for his ENT patients, only her. I went to him because he was the closest ENT to me at the time. Granted, she seemed competent but it's quite preposterous of a doctor to delegate his role to an assistant like that. I am very sure of my assessment because I went there in two years in a row and he was absent both.
I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment with the doctor because the reception simply wouldn’t let me. They were rude and spoke poorly—it’s really strange, and I don’t understand why people are treated this way.

Deeply disappointed by my rhinoplasty experience. I felt very unprepared going to the surgery (they just told me to drink Arnica Montana a few days prior to the surgery and avoid aspirin). As someone who never had a surgery before, I felt very lost without any guidance. I was not given any guidance on pain management or medication. The worst part is that the work was poorly done and I had to have a revision which cost me $20k. The doctor was not skilled enough to deliver the desired results even though he charged me for the procedure that he did not complete (we discussed setting back the tip but I think that he simply didn’t know how to do it since it is a very complex procedure). He didn’t even bother to take post-op pictures. The revision surgeon had to go a lot of work to clean up the terrible mess left by Dr. Ovchinsky. The procedure was so poorly done that my revision surgery lasted 6 hours instead of 3. I wish I took the bad reviews seriously but I have learned my lesson.
Great doctor and staff, patients can be rude, but amazing front desk
I wanted to make an appointment, but after the conversation with the receptionist, I don't know if I still want to come to this office. This lady was nasty and rude. She said, "There are millions of us", and she has no time to take care of everyone. I read previous reviews - same problem! So, probably doctors don't care about their patients if people like her are still working in the office.
I wanted to say a big thank you to those who work there. I had chronic sinusitis very quickly, there was almost no record, but the girls called me back as someone canceled, thank you very much. planned to come to Alexander, got to Rosa. She promptly prescribed Medications for me, looked at everything. after a week everything was fine. once again many thanks to the polite girls at the front desk, and Rosa for taking me in at the last minute with complex sinusitis. All was in time. ❤️❤️❤️ Happy New Year
