On March 24th I went to the salon and got my hair colored by Michael.
Attached is a reference picture of what I wanted and what I ended up with.
The process Michael put my hair through is not one that I would want anyone else to experience.
Although he was nice, the outcome of my hair shows that he was not knowledgeable or honest about executing my desired request. When a client asks for something I believe the stylist should be honest about their skillset and not just execute what they think is best.
I found the salon to be a great place with nice employees minus the color I ended up with.
Alex Jorge and Michelle did their best to accommodate me and tried to correct the work Michael did which was appreciated.
Last photos show the color correction I had done yesterday after giving my hair sometime to rest. Thankfully after 6 hours I was able to get the desired color I wanted before my wedding.
Love the atmosphere and specially the skills of each worker! If you want to get peettier this is the place to COME. Prices are fair since the service is above and beyond! Be sure to ask for the massage when they wash your hair! It's the best part !

So disappointed on this place, way to expensive for a Kids haircut, and a super bad hair cut, they ruined my son’s hair
OVER PRICED, they charge $80 dollars for 2 kids and it was just to trim the ends , no hair style nothing and on top of that they chopped my sons hair that i had to find another place to fix it. Very rude when i told them all this . DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON EVER…. Bad customer service too which I can give them negative stars
I always get my hair done by Bona and she never fails. Such a sweetheart and so quick. Always a 10/10 experience.
Doris did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. I showed her a picture of a shag cut, and she did it exactly how I wanted it.
This place is a wonderful place to relax and to have your hair and nails done, hair and nails are reasonably priced , reasonably time to do them , well light atmosphere friendly people to assist you in you're hair and nails needs.
I would’ve given five stars but the price I paid was shocked me. It was my mistake not to ask the hairstylist the prices. I was shocked to hear $305. This place is located in the Bronx not on Madison Avenue. Another clincher if you pay with a credit card the owner charges you taxes so he prefers cash. I will not return their prices are over the top. My hairstylist Johanna was amazing. She did a really good job on my hair something that I really needed. My husband loved it but I didn’t tell him the price. So be aware if you go there check the prices have cash that way you’re not surprised when the bill comes. I thank Johanna for lifting my day.
