Best WLM Reviews

The food was exceptional! The service was the same, would recommend to anyone. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and portions of food. The staff makes you feel like family. I also purposed to my girlfriend after, it was a great, memorable night thanks to Alessia's!
A hidden gem, especially for a place that's been there in Mesa for 20 years. The appetizer burrata and house side salads were absolutely wonderful and a refreshing take.
My wife and I shared a bottle of wine from Italy which was a Barbera, our friends shared a bottle of Merlot. We all had a different pasta each. Mine was the carbonara with added sausage and I tried the tiramisu, best I've had in a long time. Our friends shared a lava cake. Ethan our waiter was great and knew the dishes and had some great recommendations.
This place is in an unassuming strip mall in East Mesa. What it lacks on the outside it more than makes up inside.
Inside it has an upscale feel. The dining room is more formal and the wait staff is very professional.
The food is outstanding and they have a large wine menu. I had the lasagna and it was great. It was a little on the spicy side and had lots of red sauce. For dessert I had cannolis. They were incredible. Highly recommended.
Food is usually always top-notch this particular time, not so good. We ordered the special should have stayed on menu. It was still a good time as we were with friends. Disappointed this was their first time. Service was okay, but a little forgetful. The first time this has ever happened so we will be back, 90% of the time, fantastic.
Best Italian I have had in Arizona! Meals were delicious, wholesome, and home cooked. They have plenty of GF and vegetarian options if you have dietary needs. I highly recommend ordering the chicken parmigiana.....it was delicious and super filling. This place will definitely become one of my family's favorite spots to dine!
First time here and the owner greeted us and made us feel very at home. The staff are all very attentive. The risotto is fabulous and the chicken Marsala scrumptious. Everything is fresh! Definitely will go again.
What a hidden gem! The staff and service were wonderful, the menu selection is great. We had a party of six, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and enjoyed a wonderful time. The quality and portions of the food were truly excellent. Don’t miss out on this fabulous restaurant!
This is our second time visiting. We came about a year and a half ago for my birthday and the food and service was fantastic. So we went Saturday for another celebration and that’s what she wanted and let me just say I don’t know what’s happened, but we won’t be back… for one the hostess was not very nice and the server was in such a hurry with her other tables she didn’t even give us time to order drinks except for my father in law who luckily got to order his soda..
Now to the food. My mother-in-law and I got the lasagna and there really wasn’t very much meat let alone cheese so it was mostly just lasagna noodles and tons of red sauce. At least the portion was large. My husband and his dad both got the chicken Marsala. Unfortunately, the marsala did not taste very good and the sauce was so thin it didn’t hardly stick to the noodles. Neither of them finished their meals- and then the following day they were both throwing up all day from what I’m sure it was food poisoning. We were so excited to find a good local Italian restaurant for special occasions and now we almost definitely will not be back.
