The service speed is below average. The atmosphere is average. And I used to like the food, but tonight there was literally a fly carcass is my steak fajitas. It had been in there, hidden by the charring of the steak, and I had no idea until I was half through it. I’ve never had the fajitas here before, I usually only order them at RR, but now idk if can go back.
Found a long hair in my quesabirria. Absolutely disgusting. Ever since the new owner ship the food has gone downhill. They need to raise their cleanliness standards asap.
Our favorites are the grilled chicken burrito, rolled tacos, birria ramen. Today my lady had birria ramen and the grilled chicken burrito without pico, and then added rice, sour cream, cheese and potato's to it. And I had the same burrito without potato's. My lady says the birria ramen is better at Alejandros than it is at Tacos TJ. Alejandros is spiced like Mexican food, but Tacos TJs birria tastes like an american roast.
Looks like they dumped in the cup and put some noodles on it. The meat looks like chum and it stinks. This might be the worst food I’ve ever seen. I’m not even going to feed it to my dogs because they don’t deserve this.
I had the Carne asada fries. They were delicious and at a reasonable price. I used the drive-thru to pick up my food. There was plenty of free parking space, and it was busy, but service was fast. Overall, the food was fresh, tasty, and completely worth it. Also, they are open late!
I asked for beef on my meal and got chicken. The utensils are a very cheap plastic that you cannot use. The food was ok. Drink situation was weak. No diet drinks or bottled water. I didn't care for any of their salsas but I'm sure that's totally on me. My son loves this place but I missed seasoned meat for my Mexican food, which I'm sure is because it is more authentic.
We had a great visit here. The staff was really nice. For the fast service, some food was precooked, as my burrito was. The quesadillas were cooked fresh. The chimichanga was pretty good. As well was the Tomales. We would definitely return.
They have Hot Cheeto items!! Seriously delicious burrito and quesadilla, doesn't matter what meat you choose. I got the burrito smothered, and they use the best cheese for that. Prices range from $2.25 for tacos to the specialty items of $11. Super reasonable for how much you get and how fresh it is.
