Just got done eating at Alejandro‘s and left full and happy. Our server Jimmy was wonderful. Made sure that our chips and salsa never emptied. This is our second time eating here and it has not disappointed. A great place to have a nice relaxing meal.

Outside dining service was great and the staff were attentive. Food was good, flavorful and served nice and hot not warm (I hate it when food is served warm). I had Horchata to drink I asked if it was homemade she said yes but it didn't taste homemade to me. Overall everything was great and I will return again to try more delish meals.
We had a wonderful experience at Alejandro’s last night! Staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive. Lots of great menu options at reasonable prices. Everyone’s meals were phenomenal. They went above and beyond by bringing my grandson some cheese dip since the salsa was too spicy for him. And to top it all off, the owner caught us before we left the parking lot with my grandson’s plastic snake he left on the table. Will definitely make this one of our regulars.
All I can say is WOW! From the service, to the atmosphere, pleasing aesthetic and the DELICIOUS, authentic food - this place is definitely a hidden gem in the Spring Hill/ brooksville area with incredibly reasonable prices. The only thing I’m upset about is we haven’t tried this place sooner! I definitely recommend and will be coming back. :-)
This place is my favorite. We go every week. The service is fantastic and the food is great. In the 5 years we lived here, this place is always spot on. Never bad service, never bad food. It's the only resturant that we can depend on to have no complaints
if you are looking for something different like Mexican food you've got to try Alejandro's . The Ground beef chimichanga is so good we had it again two days later. Fast service excellent food.
A wonderful Mexican restaurant!!! The service is great and friendly. I had the Fajita Mix (Shrimp, Steak & Chicken) and it was delicious. Others at our table had the Beef Burrito and Chicken burrito and both were also really good. Will definitely make this a regular stop!
Hesitated to go because how the shopping center looks on the outside. Had lunch yesterday and must say that the place was clean inside and the food was delicious. Definitely will return soon!
