Came in for their Conchitas.. They're 5 for 2$.. and sadly they are not worth the price or the drive. They were so hard and stale. They taste like they were baked yesterday, and they reheated what didn't sell and tried to pass them off as fresh today.
They used to be so soft and fluffy, the quality has gone down tremendously.
Their care for quality or lack there of shows tremendously. It's so sad. Time to find a different bakery.
Also, the older lady (owner) who helped me out.. is incredibly rude. Not only is their quality of food lacking, so is their customer service.
Love this place, friendly staff, and the bread super delicious, specially the little conchitas!!!
I feel discriminated against. I walked into the shop with my family (2 other people). We were looking at the pastries. I attempted three times to get the staffs attention. I said hello twice and waved my hands once. I waited about two minutes. The staff ignored me. When a Latino customer started to speak the staff showed the Latino customer attention. I will never be returning to this shop. How can you have a business in a predominantly black neighborhood and be racist/ prejudice?

I definitely don't recommend this place, the service is so slow and bad, waited in line for more then 15min so that went my turn they will tell me they're out of bolillos, went they can easily post a sign, saing we are out of bolillos so that people don't have to be waiting in line ,they just don't care,
We love their bred, fresh and tasty.
Bread is good, posible owner, not sure what he was but anyway he was very rude and arrogant
We Love ❤️ this place especially the bread that have cream cheese and ham ???? there little but it is worth it also the small conchitas and the bread that has the refried beans inside.
