Best WLM Reviews

Ordered food via Grubhub and it did not disappoint. Food was ready when they said it would be ready. I need to go back here and try eating in the restaurant.
Highly recommend the pastor and barbacoa! The elote was delicious too. Honestly can’t complain about everything we got from this restaurant.
Everything was great but the pastor tacos definitely lacked flavor, was very chewy and had a burnt taste to it, besides that everything else was delicious!
Found hair in my burrito. My co-worker said it was barely any steak in his burrito. And on the bottom of the cookie you're seeing, like metal shavings or aluminum foil pieces all throughout the bottom of the cookie. I'm very disappointed in this place. I might try it again. I might not.
Love this place! Really good tacos (I got the quesadilla once and wasn't impressed, will stick to tacos in the future). Good for dining in or take away - my family likes their group/family packs as well.
Love this place
Update:
Haven’t been here in 3 years and it has changed. I was happy to see the the new sign and the food is a still just as good, if not better. The woman who I used to always see here was very rude when we walked in with our red bulls. “Next time no outside beverages.” With a not kind tone. We had honestly not known. There is a sign on the door but it was not clear of big enough. The cashier that was helping us was sweet. We had ordered an iced margarita and they waited until after we paid to tell us, “we cannot make it”. Food is just as good as I remember but the treatment was so odd. No hello or welcome. The food is worth it all but please don’t be rude. It was an honest mistake. I love the nachos and the tacos will always hit the spot. Just please be kind to your clientele.
Me and boyfriend came to try this place for the first time and won’t be coming again. I got the fish and veggie taco and both had a awful taste. We also got the mexican rice and it was very bland . My boyfriend got the pastor and chicken and the pastor had a bad smell to it and the chicken was very dry. If you want real authentic mexican food I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
The food has always been perfect no matter what day or time I come in. The service has always been friendly and attentive — even for a restaurant that has it set up where you order at the counter, they still check in on you from time to time. My only complaint is that the metal chairs are not comfy, but there’s usually booth seats available. Everything else is amazing! I’m genuinely heartbroken that we are about to move and lose our favorite street taco place!!
Food:
Ale Taco has some delicious tacos. (We had steak tacos and returned for a second round in the next couple days.)
The ingredients always look and taste fresh. The steak texture was exactly what I was looking for (not the mushy kind but the sort with a juicy chew). Oh my goodness, the salsa here is sooooooo good.
I want to try the different menu items: breakfast tacos and desserts. But I’m hooked on those tacos..I can’t stop!
Service + Space:
The employees are communicative, kind, and quick—they were patient when I needed more time on that extensive menu chart.
It’s not the fanciest place, but the space is clean and well-organized. Honestly, that’s all I would ever need in a good, down-to-earth taco joint.
Ale Taco is definitely a neighborhood gem!
