Best WLM Reviews

My husband and I ate here about few weeks ago. love the ambience of this restaurant!
We started with the bread service. Which were Parker house rolls with 3 spreads. Cheese, bacon jam, and citrus butter. We liked all of them except the citrus butter.
My husband had the seafood pot pie. He loved the scallops, shrimp and cod. The pastry was soft and tender he loved the dish
I had the NY strip steak. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I asked for mashed potatoes and it was good. Came with a small salad. Lovely meal! We have eaten here before many years ago. Still a good place to eat.
Great food and service! Nothing we have tried has been bad here. Start with the Parker Rolls & then choose a main entree of either the seafood pot pie, the mahi mahi, or the NY Strip. Great wine and beer selection as well.
We had a delicious family breakfast before the girls explored the Disney Work Parks. The food was excellent. We had Walts Cornbeef hash, shrimp ???? and grits, and the continental upgrade. Delicious ????.
The wait staff was amazing to try to get our dinner perfect. Rafa was amazing! Too bad the cooks in the back fell way short. First time out the short ribs were like a hockey puck. Second time around the ribs were perfect but the carrots, one was mushy and the next was not cooked at all. The New York strip was unevenly cut, which caused one half of steak to be medium well while the other side was medium rare besides only being seared on one side. Pot pie was more like a soup than a gravy pot pie filling. No follow up by management considering we could hear kitchen being told of the problems with the meal. Highly disappointed considering Disney high expectations for their dining experience for guest.
When I say this is the best hidden gem at Disney resorts, I fully mean it. This restaurant is superb and goes above and beyond to make sure you love your meal. Your meal will automatically come with some complimentary breads; however, I strongly suggest you splurge for the $14 Parker House Rolls and Spreads appetizer. The best appetizer I’ve ever had in my life and so fun to sample the spreads on your breads! Our waitress even got us a couple spreads to go because we loved it so much. For our entrees, I got the ‘Brick’ Lemon-Herb Half Chicken which was incredibly juicy and packed with flavor. My husband got the New York Strip with truffle fries and argued it might have been the best steak he’s ever had. Better than Le Cellier, Chefs de France, etc. Definitely check this place out when you’re park hopping!
What a disappointment... We got water when we first ordered and never got another one. 3 people were out of water before our meals ever came, and they were never refilled.
My 7 year old (that still fits in 5T cloths) was super disappointment in his tiny portion size. I was still hungry after eating my dinner as well... the beef short ribs were good, but not memorable at all, but the mashed Potato's would make for some great mortar if you are building a house.
We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids were 7 and the other 16 months. So they counted us as a table of 6 and charged an 18% gratuity. In most cases, I wouldn't bat an eye at it since I normally tip over 20%, but the service was awful. No refilled drinks, a mess when it came to taking our order and never brought the silverware for our desserts, so we ate them with our hands...
My husband and I came here for the first time and it won’t be the last, excellent experience food was delicious and great service from Laura, my husband ordered the NY strip steak and substitute for the truffle fries and when they came to the table we mentioned they didn’t tasted like truffle fries, she spoke to the chef and brought us a Fresh ordered it was delicious and my mahi made my day it was so delicious we ate definitely coming back
Food was really good. The burger was excellent. Nice casual upscale atmosphere. I would say it's a bit more adult oriented though they do have a nice kids menu. Our server was really nice and welcoming, but service is slow. Food took a moderate amount of time, but getting a server to come back was as if they were taking breaks during the meal. Food was priced fairly, more so than I would have thought for a Disney property. Bathrooms are not in the restaurant, they are out the lobby on the other side of the lobby area. Just know that there is likely a wait even at lunch unless you have a reservation.
