If you see something that is in the seasonal or other things that are not regular items grab it then or you may never see it again they have lots of interesting one-offs that they bring in from various locations. The cakes and sweets from Germany are usually for Christmas and holidays but are well worth checking out. Don't forget to bring quarter for your buggy and your own bags or be prepared to purchase bags at their checkout.
If I can't make it to the one on Sharpsburg I may go here. This store has security and homeless drug addicts who want your quarter from your cart. But the prices inside are always great
The best quality to cost ratio
Their Simply Nature products are great
No waste of time at the cash register but always friendly
Not too many employees around but always answering questions
Some plant based products (Country Crock) are not available
Just that their places are so unattractive that you just want to get done with it as quickly as possible
But that's part of their business model, no?
This is one of the only places that sells whole milk chocolate milk! At the age of 70 I have tried many brands.... Aldi's carries the best. The cheese section, fruits and veggies are fresh and less expensive. It's also a perfect place to find your side dishes. One last item, their spices are completely on par with the McCormick brand. And far less expensive.
Store itself is great. Way to many panhandlers in parking lot
Today was my first Aldi experience. The women I met at the entrance were helpful in helping me with the quarter cart (make sure you have a quarter with you if you want a cart... you will get it back when you put the cart back) the cashier was super friendly, I loved that there are no bags, and I met another super friendly patron ok n my way out :) great prices on a lovely cart full of beautiful fresh produce.
Plenty of parking, great prices, seems to be clean on the inside, weekends are pretty crowded but what store on the weekend isn’t will return they had my favorite item back in stock so I’m happy ????
Straight up groceries so you don't have to mess around a bunch of other stuff you didn't go there to buy and because they focus on just groceries they save you a lot of money
