ALDI
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern about an incident that occurred this morning at your store.
While waiting in line to check out, I noticed that the cashier, who claimed to be the store manager, refused to call for a supervisor when I requested it. I had been patient and even allowed two other customers to go ahead of me. However, as I was placing my items at the register, an impatient customer behind me was allowed to cut in front without any consideration for my turn.
When I addressed this issue with the cashier, I was met with disrespectful comments. He stated that I was "no one" and that he could do as he pleased, completely disregarding the fact that I was next in line. I found his behavior to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It is important for all customers to be treated fairly and with respect, regardless of the number of items they have.
I believe that everyone deserves to wait their turn, and the actions of your employee created a negative experience for me. I hope you will address this matter with him, as I feel it is essential for your staff to understand the impact of their actions on customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this situation.
To top it up i was called a Karen as i expressed how his action made me feel
This store use to be my favorite but this changed everything he also said to get my items and never come back to this store as he wished ill take my business else where!
We paid it forward with a shopping cart as we got it paid for.
This place used to be good, cheap, but with interesting items sometimes. Now you're paying about the same as anywhere else, which is too much for generic brands and half the size, and they don't carry anything unique the past few times we've been here. Just a waste of time.
Good products and fresh produce with reasonable prices. Good variety of choices, although you may not find the usual brands for food items you see elsewhere. Well-stocked with regular and seasonal items. Employees are nice and helpful and the store is very clean. The only downside is that it can get crowded with only a couple of registers open... at least on my latest visit. So, the line was really long.
Prices are way higher now that they brought in name brands like coke etc...
I hate that it did not stay all German. But I enjoy the store.
So alot of people think Aldi is expensive and sometimes it is but tbh ur paying for quality. I like this aldi because even at peak busy hours your always greeted with a warm welcome and fast moving check out lines! I go there for their produce and meat selections but end up buying more as per the usual lol they have alot of unique foods and I like trying new things so it makes it fun. Plus my kids love fruits and veggies from there! I highly recommend this aldi. I hear that they aren't price gouging in hopes to gain more customers and drive down prices at other major chains so for me it's a WIN! Having 6 kids I buy a ton of groceries so if I'm not having to deal with constantly raising price I'm all in!! Yesterday I spent $300 here and got a whole week's worth of meat sides fruits and veggies plus extra stuff to try with the kids! If you havnt been to an aldi it's a must try!! HIGHLY RECOMEND CHECKING OUT THEIR ALDI SPECIALS ISLE U'LL DEFINITELY FIND ALOT OF GREAT THINGS ESPECIALLY FOT THE HOLIDAYS
Overall good place for groceries. Not all item's are cheap.
My son Christian Cruz told me about Aldi's.Wed always look for values and this store is small but the values are Great.Bring your bags, they don't bag.You need a quarter to use a cart but get it back when done.
