Best WLM Reviews

This Aldi's carries Gridlock flavors that are new to me, both orange and green. I've attached a photo of monsters venerable equivalents. Aldi copied the name verbatim, sunrise instead ultra sunrise, and paradise instead of ultra paradise. Clearly a tip of the hat the legends at monster. They even have engravings and that slight etching raised similar to monsters can texture. The taste differs greatly though, gridlock being more sour apple and manderine as monster is more kiwi and orange. Anyway, not a bad choice to add into an energy drink lovers stache as fodder for half the price
I visited the Aldi store at tonight 12/19/2024 to exchange an item under the 60-day return policy stated on your website. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with resistance and unprofessional behavior.
When I explained the issue to an employee, they refused to process the exchange, became argumentative, and insisted it wasn’t allowed. While I was on the phone speaking Spanish, the employee followed me through the store when I sought help from another staff member—a woman—making me feel intimidated and uncomfortable.
When I asked for the general manager’s name to escalate my concern, the employee refused to provide it. This behavior was both unprofessional and unsettling. Customers should not feel harassed or treated differently for any reason while seeking help.
I request that Aldi reviews this incident, trains staff on proper customer service and inclusivity, and ensures that policies are consistently applied across all stores. I am highly disappointed with this experience and would appreciate a direct response from corporate.
Customers should feel supported, not harassed, lied to, or ignored, especially when following store policy. I request Aldi investigate this incident, take corrective action to ensure your staff are properly trained in customer service, and address why I was treated in such a dismissive and intimidating manner. I look forward to hearing directly from corporate regarding this matter
Aldi in Del Ray is a solid choice for affordable grocery shopping. The store is well-stocked with a good variety of essentials, and the prices are hard to beat. While the selection might not be as extensive as some larger supermarkets, Aldi makes up for it with quality products at great value. The store is clean but needs to be better organized, and restocking the shelves could be improved, and the checkout process is typically quick and efficient. If you're looking to save on groceries without compromising on quality, Aldi in Del Ray is definitely worth a visit.
I love this store because of the reasonable prices and fresh healthy produce that they sell. But my ONE pet peeve with this establishment. Is the cashiers❗, It appears that their trained to catapult your food from the conveyor belt into your cart❗????. The time I take to picked my food that's what I want to pay for. And leave the store with. And some of the cashiers understand and readjust themselves. But this one she didn't she got a whole attitude????????. I was ready to walk away from everything ❗❗ I had to stop her from putting my avocados at the bottom of the cart.... my apples are buried underneath all that stuff.... I did speak to the manager.... But that cashier with her demeanor she didn't care. Too many of this kind of encounter I will stop patronizing and take my money elsewhere.
Aldi is German for NOT STOCKED, well it's the literal translation. It's the discount wild west of grocery stores, surrounded by 1.5 mil wannabe GSA 13ers. They have good things if they are in stock.
I walked through the door at 8:31 to buy a loaf of bread. The woman said we are closed. I said please I just need to buy one thing. She said no. What kind of customer service is that? Because I missed their operating hours by one minute, they denied me being able to get the bread I need. It’s not like there weren’t still people in the store shopping. I could see if I was going in there at closing time to do a huge shopping order but to buy one loaf of bread? Come on Aldi. Do better than that. If I could buy that bread anywhere else I would, but they are the only ones that make the keto bread that is as good as it is
Since I first reviewed this Aldi almost a year ago, they've installed self-checkouts. It's been a huge help to reducing the checkout wait times. I do still end up in a line fairly often, but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be.
I do wish it was better stocked at times, but you can't beat the price and it's quite clean.
