Major ALDI Fan! Consistently a good selection of quality produce, baked goods and meats at below market prices. Loved it the first time I encountered one in the basement of my hotel in Munich. Delighted when they came to Plantation. The concept remains consistent here in FL. Quality groceries at reasonable prices. Many of the items are house brands but they are for the most part very good. Sometimes the selection varies a bit, so if you see an item you like, buy it! No bags can be a pain at times, so just bring your own. Also don't forget to keep a quarter in your car for the cart! Staff is consistently helpful and friendly.
Is nice to shop at Aldi's that was close to home and not very crowded. They stock new specials and mark down previous weekly specials. I always look at their online circular for the upcoming week to see what I will add to my weekly produce shop. They have a good variety of well priced grocery items and their wine section is pretty good too. It amazes me how much stuff they pack into one store.
The other thing that is pretty interesting is that if you purchase something that was not quite right and it needs to be returned, they give you back your money and replace the items with a new one.
Aldi id my number one place to buy groceries. Great produce & low prices.
Great products, great prices! Aldi is my go-to for affordable groceries without sacrificing quality. I always find everything I need and more, and I love their unique finds.
Met a girl stocking the specialty isle. She was so nice and funny. I told her to stop helping me spend my money...and she laughed so hard I knew it was all me..
We prefer the other store on Broward, but in all fairness its probably due to what we are more used to. Good parking, but it can get busy at times. Make sure you have a quarter coin on you as you will need it to get a cart, its returnable on re parking your cart afterwards. Cheaper than Publixs for sure and in some cases cheaper than the Walmart across the road almost, of course we are talking just groceries here. Some German products and European things, because they are a German company. Also the odd other things for sale like gardening pots and kitchen appliances, pots pans etc. All in all worth a look around as a change and savings.
I had a terrible experience today at this location, we went there around 8 pm, we were looking on the vegetables shell for green onions and other veggies, when I almost was stepped on by one of the employees with a Floor Scrubber Machine, she really wanted to hit me with this machine, I put the complain with another employee and she laughed at me with the other one, then I went to the "manager" and she she didn't even bother in looking at us to our faces, she just continue doing what she was doing, I asked her why they were cleaning the floor while there were customers at the store, it is not supposed that we deserve to do our shopping in a safe and comfortable environment?
It is really disgusting how people is treated in this stores, I don't understand why people who doesn't like customer service works in this industry, and how these companies hired people like this, NEVER AGAIN at Aldy. Thank you but I deserve respect.
This Audi’s was ok. Not quite as fresh as the other ones. The merchandise was sparse. They were out of so many products. I asked the cashier for a price and seemed upset with me. He brought the card back and he the price is right there.
