I'd give it a 0 if I could.. heavy thunderstorm rolled through... literally started raining in the room. Started running down the walls to the middle of the room onto the bed. Had to unplug the TV and almost fell on the way because of the puddles.. deathtrap!!! Called the front desk and he said he'll make a note of it.. um ok.. no offer to switch rooms or send someone with mop or even attempt to send buckets to catch the water. Worst stay ever.. would've been better off in a tent.
This place is infested with roaches and should be shut down. First of all, they wouldn't let us view the room before paying. When we got in the room there was a paint bucket under the sink with stinky water in it and the room was infested with roaches. It got so bad that me a my fiance ended up spending the night in our vehicle. First thing in the morning we went to the office to ask for a refund and was told that we would be given a better room at 12pm. Around 10am the clerk came and said the room was available and it had roaches but not has bad. I will allow the pictures to speak.
Not worth $80. My room reaked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns on the side of the tub. I took loads of pictures.
Carpet was sticky. Couch was ripped in places. Jacuzzi had out of order signs. I can't begin to describe the worst room I've ever rented. Definitely not as described in the online ad.
The location has VERY loud traffic and jet planes roaring overhead. I literally got very little sleep. I was so grossed out I found it difficult to fall asleep.
For $80 there was NO continental breakfast. No coffee maker in the room.
Due to some event in the area, all the motels were full. Alcoa Inn was my only choice. I wish now that I'd slept in my car!
This place is horrible!!! DO NOT STAY HERE even if it’s chap you’re better off sleeping inside your car then In one of these rooms!!! I had my kids with me and besides it looking very dirty with the bathroom having mold and the ceiling also being dirty we really didn’t have anywhere else to stay for the night but we didn’t even last the full night!!! Being cheap is the only good thing I can say about this place,that and the cleaning lady’s are sweet.THERE BED BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! And we had a RAT!!!! When we called because my daughter got literally bitten all over by the bed bugs and requested we switch rooms they were really rude and dismissive. I DON’T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL!!????????????
This was a great experience. Awesome friendly service. Rooms are very clean. Restaurants were within walking distance.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. People if you can pay 60 or 65 a night then God Don't pick this place. I don't have enough room for everything I need to say. All I can say Is DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE
AWFUL this place should be FREE to stay in..the roaches are BAD I have 2 of my kids with me and I had to keep watching for roaches crawling on the beds/pillows!! I knocked for off one bed within 10mins..they are infested! The main door does not sit in the frame right so it has large openings the wall are so gross! Idk if its bug splash all over them or what..the carpet is ????..I would deff leave if I was in the position to..I would pick this place to stay..drive right past
for anyone with children it is NOT safe. there are roaches and bed bugs. The second we came into the room it stunk like soggy cigarettes and mold. There were also addicts sitting all around the hotel tweakin. not worth $65. I was charged $65 not once but TWICE. They only put the one $65 transaction back onto the card but did not refund the full money when we were there maybe 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusting.
