I went here for 2 visits years ago, the dentists were okay, did routine care. However, they recommended SO many procedures which makes me question their ethics. I move a lot and see different dentists for the past 10 years, including seeing different dentist for the past 2 years, and no other dentist recommended what they did. In fact my current dentist says my teeth are in great shape. Albuquerque dentists recommended 2 caps, deep cleaning, and to see a specialist in their office. I never did this due to cost however no other dentist recommended what they did and my teeth are doing fine. It makes me question their ethics and insurance abuse. I would never go there again.
The care team at Albuquerque Modern Dentistry expedited getting me in for an emergency appt with Dr. Michael Sanchez. I was taken such good care of as a new patient. Top notch professional team. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.❤
Clinical staff and non-clinical staff always listen to our concerns and needs. They always provide great customer service and we feel confident and comfortable with the providers and staff. Everyone is really nice and kind. Makes going to the dentist easier.
Just had a first emergency visit today. I really appreciate the friendly and professional staff. Dr Sanchez explained everything as well getting front staff to verify the cost before proceeding with my procedure. I left with 100 percent satisfaction of my care and the affordable services. I will be back.
I have been going to Modern Dentistry on Coors for the last two years… I will continue as I am happy with staff and procedures performed. I am pleased with Dr. Aragon’s abilities and want to mention his assistant Donata who possesses a pleasant and caring attitude… I think the best feedback I can give is that I’ll be returning. I also get my teeth cleaned by Lauren who I really appreciate!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! I’m still on going treatment for a tooth I broke and the entire staff has been more than helpful and accommodating answering any questions I have and working with my schedule. When I went in earlier today for the first part of my root canal treatment and my temporary crown, Annaly and Dr. Aragon explained everything they were doing and helped me work through a lot of anxiety I was having. The levels of professionalism and compassion are unmatched here. I’ve had a paralyzing fear of the dentist for ages and I feel as if that has been completely eliminated due to their kindness and overwhelming knowledge. Modern Dentistry knows what they are doing and will make sure you are informed in your care and comfortable the whole time; from the first phone call to the wonderful techs and the dentist himself. Cannot recommend enough!
I had a multiple crown procedure done with Gabby-Dental assistant and Jonathan J. Aragon, DDS.
Both were straight forward about the procedure and explained the process throughout as well. I will have another appointment here in the future and may update if needed but so far so good. everyone at this location has been helpful. Parking in the front is small but they share a parking lot with a Home Depot so there will always be enough parking.
My tooth had broke on Sunday. I called Albuquerque modern dentistry they got me in on Monday, Dr. Sanchez and his assistant Rochelle made me a new crown and got me out of the office in three hours. It was wonderful fast easy experience.
