This is a very nice facility with friendly and helpful staff. It is clean and well maintained... and has level, paved sites which is a big plus for those like us who don't have levelers (Winnebago View). Our son stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. It was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The park has numerous amenities, including clean bathrooms, swimming pool, hot tub, clean, fenced dog parks, gazebos for outdoor group entertainment, and several other amenities, including free WIFI that actually streams! It's a great RV park. We'll be back!
We were only here for one night. The KOA was fine with friendly employees and clean baths. The location is close to the highway and is very noisy at night. Place is adequate, but we will probably look for something else next time.
This is not my first time camping at a KOA but a first time TENT camping. One of the KOA employees, Chris, helped me TWICE with my setup and provided excellent customer service and the help I needed. This KOA is AMAZING and will make sure you are taken care. I highly recommend! He did not have to do this but took it upon himself to help somebody out. Just amazing staff!
Our five-night stay at Albuquerque KOA exceeded expectations. The campground's cleanliness and aesthetic appeal were notable. The pool and hot tub provided a welcome respite. Staff responsiveness and attentiveness were exceptional. Sites offered generous spacing. Notably, the nearby tram ride is highly recommended. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient. I strongly endorse this KOA to visitors of the city. Kudos to the staff, particularly Bear, for an outstanding experience.
It was a beautiful facility and the staff was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately we stayed just one night but on my return trip next year I'll probably stay here again. I recommend this campground it was very nice.
Actually in Albuquerque. Very close to most attractions including old town, zoo, botanical garden, tram. Very quiet and security gate after 6. Very nice dog park! Friendly Staff. Will definitely stay here if in the area again.
Very convenient but a fairly consistent drone from I-40 traffic. Campground is clean and well maintained although the picnic tables could use new paint. Nice view of the Sandia mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub (adults only).
Staff were warm and welcoming. They helped us secure an additional night because we had endured 20 hours on the road due to a snow storm. The accommodations (RV spot) and amenities were great
