First of all, the security person greeted me at the door and held the door for me. The receptionist was pleasant, kind and expressed interest. After providing my ID and insurance card I was taken to the treatment room immediately. A paramedic and nurse attended to me as I entered the treatment room. Within minutes labs were drawn. I saw a physician within 30 minutes. From security to the receptionist to the nursing staff, to the physician everyone at Albuquerque ER and Hospital are phenomenal. The doctor showed genuine concern and interest in my case. She explained her treatment plan in clear, understandable language and involved me in all of the decisions. The facility is immaculate. I cannot say enough good things about this ER.
I had a great experience here. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and the doctor were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I was quite sick, the entire staff lightened my spirits. This will be my go-to medical center from now on.
Truly, five stars are not close to enough to represent the too level of care we received. My 8 year daughter needed emergent care which was provided from start to end within one hour. The staff from the registrar, to the nurse and closing with the doctor was top notch! Caring, efficient, empathetic and every ideal component of patient care that all medical facilities strive for. I will never stop spreading the praise we have for this facility and providers!
As an RN I will be taking my family here for any required emergency care in the future. Quick and efficient care & knowledgeable staff. Facility is beautiful and clean. Doc spent a lot of time reviewing history and reviewing testing and plan with me which is greatly appreciated.
Being the stubborn person that I am, it took a lot of convincing from my husband to get me to go to the ER. After carefully researching the various medical facilities in Albuquerque, he chose the Albuquerque ER & Hospital—and he made the right call! The care I received was exceptional, from registration and triage to the availability of advanced equipment (I had an MRI with results promptly delivered), as well as the coordination of a video consult with a specialist after hours. The entire medical team was professional, and the facility itself was impeccably clean and spacious.
Although I live on the east side, I will drive to the Albuquerque ER & Hospital on the west side as I know the treatment will be exemplary.
I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was treated here. I sprained my ankle at work and this was the closest place that was open. Everyone I crossed paths with did a phenominal job of treatment and good conversation as well. Hopefully you don't need to come (because of injury) but if you do, this is the place to go!
VERY nice facility clean and welcoming. All of the staff I encountered were awesome! The nurse and doctor that cared for me were professional, extremely knowledgeable and very caring! If I ever have a need for urgent care again I will absolutely go back!!!
The entire staff I encountered were so attentive and amazing. Mike, (MRI) was so patient (no pun intended) and totally made me feel comfortable being in the tube. I felt assured that if I suddenly felt too enclosed he would be right there to take me out of the MRI machine. Great personality and genuinely personable.
