The Albion is perfectly located steps away from the beach, lovely lobby and bar area, and comfortable rooms, but what really made our stay was the manager Giancarlo and the rest of the hotel staff. There was an issue with our booking through our travel credit card, Giancarlo was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating with making sure our stay was smooth and as enjoyable as possible. Such thoughtful and personal customer service is hard to find these days, and we will definitely be returning next time we’re in Miami!
The doorman Walter was great, and handsome. All staff were good to deal with. Petite room was small, but adequate for 1. Gray water pressure, and new fluffy towels. Slept well on The bed.
This place is great! I like the ambiance of the place. The beach is only a few minutes walking distance. There are restaurants which you can choose where you want to dine in and the area is near to the shopping place. The room is nice since I arrived earlier before the check in they upgrade my room into suite and it's really nice. There's a bar inside the place and yiu could just walk in. I had such a wonderful time on this hotel. Quiet place and what I like most is just a few minutes away from the beach. The staff are nice I will definitely go back to this place again.
Just back from a quick 2 night stay at the Albion Hotel. Location was ideal. Front desk staff were very nice and professional. Room was spacious and most comfortable. My ONLY negative was the inability to find an empty electric socket/plug to charge my computer and cell phone. Every outlet was taken and there were no spare outlets available. I literally had to remove two lamp connections to charge my equipment. Would definitely recommend The Albion and look forward ot a future stay there.
Best Hotel in South Beach. Great customer service. Giancarlo, Pablo, Giannina, Majo, Mark, Freud and Máximo are thé best.|I recommend this hôtel if you are planning on coming tô Miami Beach. |Thé location Is perfect. Walking distance to everything in south beach.
It was my second stay at this Hotel. Its location is fantastic! On the corner of Lincoln Road Mall and James Ave. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, Ice cream parlors, beach, Walgreens, CVS, Ocean Drive, bus stops, etc. Comfortable bed, silent room, mini fridge, wonderful Front Desk area and perfect wi-fi.|Its marvelous pool and pool area are undergoing a massive refurbishment, so it will be ready only next year.|My thanks to recepcionists Pablo and Giiannina! And the Bell boys.
The staff are friendly, the restaurant has a good breakfast. The hotel structure is very good, the pool was closed, but we were notified in advance, the hotel is well located just a few steps from Lincoln. There's a Walgreens, a CVS, and a Rose right on the corner.
A huge thank you to MÁXIMO - the hotel manger for accommodating my every need and going above and beyond to make sure my ADA room was perfect and up to the needed specifications. The hotel has been nothing but great. I left the Ritz to come here and I’m glad I did. Thank you again for hosting me. I’ll be back soon. Thank you so much to the amazing staff - from the front desk, to the bellmen, cleaning crew … simply everyone is amazing.
