Customer service can be better. Encounter with staff surprised me, she was a Supervisor too, what a shame. She was very rude and could really do better. Item in my receipt did not account for the deal price from app and from their ad. I kindly let her know I can go back to the aisle and share a photo of what the price should be as it was there too. Upon my return, she was so unkind and unprofessional processing my refund. Like what a huge inconvenience to make it right, after all, it’s their published price.
During my recent visit to your store, I noticed some concerning hygiene issues at the deli counter. Meats and cheeses were left out in the open, and the overall appearance of the area was unclean. Although I initially placed an order, I later returned after about 30 minutes and observed that the same items were still out, which raised concerns about food safety. I brought this matter to the attention of a manager, but I am uncertain about the outcome. Upon returning home, I had second thoughts about the items I purchased from the deli counter and decided not to consume them. Unfortunately, when I contacted customer service to request a credit or refund, I was informed that I would need to visit the store in person, which is inconvenient as it is not a local store for me. I kindly request that you take appropriate measures to ensure the proper handling and storage of deli items to prevent any potential health risks to your customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have attached 2 photos with the time stamps.
It’s Albertsons. Quality you expect. Well stocked store and pleasant staff. We always seem to forget something when we visit McCall and always find what we need here. And a great pharmacy as well upstairs.

After initially being misdirected, Sergio (who happened to be working in one of the aisles) helped me find two items. One of the items (battery operated candles) were 3 aisles away from where I was told and very hidden.

The cashier Sam with the bull nose ring was an absolute peach. My wife and I are 34 years old and look 34 years old. Sam proceeded to ask us if we would be using the senior citizen discount. In shock I said excuse me.. she replied yes the 55 and older discount. Never in my life have I encountered such a rude vial individual that’s allowed to interact with the public. Zero prompting for this behavior other than just an ignorant individual. I will no longer spend another dime in this establishment.
Worst parking lot. But great deals with the app and pickup is not in the pickup area but does work
Came here to buy center cut pork chops for 1000 firefighters and the order was completely messed up with no care for the mistake and we still purchased all the meat to only be treated with hostility and rude behavior. I will never be using this Albertsons again. Very disappointed in the customer service.
I was there for a prescription I never received but I also was getting some sushi to share when I got home but I was distracted by some employee who interrupted my transaction and when I put it in a bag it didn't sit flat and it smashed them all together and turned into a mess ????
