I brought my 10 yr old daughter to get her hair cut. The older lady that works there had no compassion for her she pulled her hair upwards even after I told her to be gentle. She made my daughter cry. Will not be going back. Would NOT recommend for children.
I always see Alicia—she has done my hair the BEST (as compared to other local establishments, that is). I always leave with how I want my hair to look: well groomed and professional looking because I’m a professional driver! AND, the prices are SO REASONABLE! I really recommend this place a LOT!
This Salon was completely disrespectful, the workers here do not care about their customers, I’ve came multiple times and they make me pay way more than I should. One of the workers, Lesilie was very rude and did not take her time to understand me, she was not patient, she messed up on my hair before and she was supposed to fix it. She made me pay $550 for highlights and she completely messed up what I wanted. I called multiple times within that week for it to get fixed, and my request have been avoided and all the workers would say she was not there. So when I went for my appointment again with her I told her to fix it and she made me pay the full price again and said she would call the police if I didn’t pay. She was absolutely the worst person to do your hair, this salon likes to rob you of your money. The workers here are horrible and do not care about the customers. This salon doesn’t even deserve one star.
Ask for Alexa, she does a phenomenal job!
They have really good hands and their fast, but unfortunately they never hire someone that speaks English so they can easily screw up your hair style that you asked for, or sit there for 2 hours waiting for someone to take you and people keep having their haircut done that they were at the end of the line
Besides that they were very rude to my mom and messed up her hair and they charges her the full price two time by someone named Leslie. She’s extremely rude and a cocky person. Will never come here again
WARNING ⚠️ Please check your bank statements! This is the second time they double-charge my bank account and when they get confronted about it with bank statement at hand they became very hostile! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) It makes me wonder how many more people they've been frauding⚠️
Don't come to this place please. They don't care if you pay the rent they don't care if you pay the association stuff they don't even take care about your they don't even take care about your land even when your paid the rent
