Just a note........it is NOT an eat in restraunt. We are in town for a couple days saw the good Google reviews....thought it was a sit down restaurant but it is NOT. Great pizza but very pricy.....14" pizza with garlic knot crust, as shown in one of the pics, and 2 beers $40. There was only 1 table that we sat at......such a bummer. Good pizza, VERY disappointed not a sit down restaurant, especially for the price.
We have used Alberto’s the past 2 years for Teacher Appreciation Week. Their catering menu is affordable and they truly cater to the teachers! Their service is always pleasant and helpful! We have had amazing feedback from the staff with requests to order them again! Thank you Albertos for being so accommodating to our PTA allowing us to celebrate our teachers and staff!
My wife went out to do some errands and I had a craving for pizza. We happened to pass by Alberto’s and we decided to try it out. It was a few days after hurricane Milton and they said that they were waiting for a delivery for supplies.
We came back in 45 minutes and found out that someone had donated various pizza orders for the customers. We ended up getting a medium pizza with a few toppings.
The pizza was great and everything tasted fresh. Being from NYC I’m pretty picky with my pizza and this pizza was awesome! It didn’t hurt that it was free. I definitely would go back and pay for the pizza next time.
My first time ordering from here and definitely my last. I feel like I got scammed. I ordered the chicken bacon boss and it was missing key ingredients. There’s no onions on my pizza, and no ranch drizzle. This made my pizza extremely dry. There was barely enough cheese in the pie to begin with. I will not order from here again I will stick to dough bros or giuseppe's. I’m highly disappointed.
By far the best pizza I've ever had! I came here from Ohio with my daughter and husband and we really wanted some pizza, the reviews and photos brought us to Alberto's pizza shop and OMGGGGG!!!!! We got the spaghetti bread and a medium pizza with cheese and half pepperoni with garlic knot crust and it was INCREDIBLE!!!! The spaghetti bread is one of the best things I've ever tasted, like seriously it was so good it doesn't even make sense! Christina took our order and Jessica was out waitress and they were both awesome, they were super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Our daughter hasn't gotten to try the cannolli or tiramisu yet because we are stuffed but I have no doubt that it will be just as amazing as the rest of the food! I'm so sad that we don't have one of these in Ohio because I would be ordering from them probably weekly!
I’ve been trying new pizza places to find the best one around, and let me start by telling you, this place jumped up to top 3 for me.
I ordered 2 pizzas online, a 14” cheese and a 16” Hawaiian. The app told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, but I got there about 5 minutes after that time. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and asked what my name was, and they checked and told me unfortunately it would be about another 10 minutes. No worries, they had chairs there for me to sit in, so I took a seat and waited.
I heard my name called and looked over and the lady had 3 pizzas. I told her I only ordered 2, but she said “you get a free one since you had to wait”. That is some high quality customer service. They didn’t have to do that, but I very much appreciated the gesture.
Moving onto the pizza themselves. The cheese pizza had a very good flavor. You can taste multiple cheeses and there was just the right amount of sauce. The Hawaiian for me is where this review shined. I asked for a little extra cook to make the crust crispy through the app, and that’s exactly what I got. The ham was very good, not overly salty, and complimented the sweetness of the pineapple to make one of the best Hawaiian pizzas I’ve ever had.
I will definitely be going back here. Prices were fair, customer service was out of this world, and the pizza itself was extremely tasty.
I tried Alberto's for the first time today, and I was genuinely impressed! The pizza crust was absolutely amazing—crispy and full of flavor. I usually skip the crust, but I couldn’t resist eating every bit of it this time. The cheese was also top-notch. Overall, Alberto’s has set a new standard for pizza in my book. I’ll definitely be back!
I've had to take out from here quite a few times I have had Philly cheesesteak from here it was excellent filled with meat and cheese and I asked her mushrooms yeah and I think you can get peppers, I also had the Italian Stallion which was also filled with me and cheese and tomato lettuce and I got it with extra oil and vinegar chocolate you can have mayonnaise the sandwiches are very thick and huge I actually used a fork to eat my food. we also had an XL pepperoni onion and pie which was delicious!I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!
