We love coming here for special occasions and we just came for my birthday Saturday. Victor was the best server and made our entire experience! We can’t wait til next time! Try the espresso martini with anejo instead of traditional vodka, it is great!
We recently went to Alberto’s on Fifth in Naples, Fl for lunch. There are at least 10 Italian restaurants in downtown Naples and we have eaten at many of them.
While we haven’t had a bad meal yet, the service can be uneven or atmosphere not what you like at some of them. Not at Alberto’s!
The food was delicious especially my wife’s lobster & shrimp salad. As you can see in the picture, there was a whole, fresh Maine lobster on top of a bed of fresh arugula & fennel. My pillow shape pasta was stuffed with spinach & ricotta cheese and came out hot & fresh.
Alberto’s also has a very nice selection of wines from Italy (try the Italian Chardonnay) that are fairly priced. And they serve their wines in a large elegant wine glass with a “generous pour”!
Our waiter was very nice & attentive to our needs. The food came out fast. And the ambiance inside the restaurant was relaxing and very chill.
It was really just ok at best but the snapper was NOT good. The sauce was great but the filet was odd, chewy and seemed like it was not the proper part of the fish to eat
Service was fine but very little character and talk from the server I think he was a new kid. I won’t go back - too many other good restaurants and for $400 bucks I feel a bit robbed
Great service, just stopped in for a quick happy hour drink and Victor the bartender was fantastic, made the best espresso martini ????!!! Soo happy I stopped in. Next time I’ll have food !!
Walked in on a Friday night and got a table for four with no reservation. The restaurant was festively decorated. Had a few drinks and they were tasty. We ordered the veal ravioli and it was very nice. Also had the red snapper and it was good as well. My son ordered raviolis (I forget the name) and they tasted fine but there were only 8 small raviolis. He was still hungry so he also ordered the Oso Bucco with risotto. It was good, but we’ve had much better. Overall it was pretty good. We will come back again.
Great upscale dining. Had the special: glass of wine, soup or salad, and entree. Good was excellent and service was outstanding.
Always a favorite. Were there with three other couples for the early bird special. I had the fig salad (generic term) and scallops with pasta. Mmmm yummy.
Great Italian restaurant at the top of 5th Ave Naples, FL. We celebrated our Anniversary during lunch and everything was perfect. Our waiter, Anthony was the best. We will go back soon for dinner.
