I ordered mixed Burrito, Beef Taco, Chicken Burrito. The Burrito had hair, the rice was old and my Taco was the worst Taco. I'll never order food from this place again. All food went into the trash.
I been to a couple other Alberto's, this one is by far the worst, I order a carne asada burrito, the burrito was so nasty, the meat look white as if they had preheat in the microwave, I ask for beans they charge extra for the beans, for the rice, they added some weird wacamole and pico de gallo. The beans were cold and they put a tiny layer of it only, the meat taste horrible, I went to complain about it,
Save your money and void the place is nasty. ????Doesn't even smell like food. I didn't even eat the burrito was so gross, don't believe me go check for yourself.
This Albertos Is on Perris Blvd and avocado in the city of Perris. Bad food and over priced. I don't mind paying if food is good

Excellent classic Mexican fast food & great customer service.
I made my order pretty clear to the restaurant lady and once I got home, my order was not what I ordered. I asked for everything on both entrées and I also asked what does "everything" consist of?. She told me and I said yes please. Well, everything was not on my food either was the extra items that I asked to be on it. I'll take that drive all the way too Riverside, atleast I know I will get what I ask for on my food

We got our order to go first thing I noticed was bathroom was not available to use for public and the whole dining area was unorganized
The bathroom was available for public use before but some reason it was blocked off now
The young lady at the register was professional and attentive
I Ordered Carne asada fries which came in a good portion but the meat, guacamole had no flavor or barely any seasonings overall just the fries were enjoyable so to sum it up overall I would not return but maybe other dishes have better flavor

Extremely EXPENSIVE for no reason. I mean they want $9 for a Bean & Cheese Burrito. Absolutely crazy! There are so many other Mexican food restaurants that are much more affordable and the food is the same or better. (Los Jilbertos being one of them). Customer service is horrible. The girl that works there has an attitude all the time. There Tuesday Fish Taco and Asada Taco specials are a joke(as in there barely anything) . I'll never go here again. Just the worst.
