I’m amazed they managed to make a loaded carne asada taco taste like nothing. It looks great in the picture but the beef has zero flavor, avocado spread is so watered down it lost all flavor, and all you can taste is onion in this taco. Refried beans taste like they’re out of a can.
Won’t be coming back.
I ordered a chimichanga plate and while I was eating it I realized I am eating a chimichanga with lettuce, no rice nor any beans! That is horrible and they gave me a plastic bag full of cold peppers and onions. I am Not pleased at all and Uber eats will not refund me! Not cool!
I give this Albertos a 1 star as there food is hit or miss depending on who works the kitchen. Also probably the worst customer service ever. I ordered 30 dollars worth of food and literally the guy wanted to argue with me over only being able to give me one red sauce and one green sauce for a 30 dollar order. That sauce is good but literally the staff at this albertos must think its gold because their stingy on it and to get 4 reds and 4 greens they charged me 5 bucks extra! Then they put carrots in my carne asada burrito. I'll stick to the one by cypress college because the difference is night and day not only with quality but with service to.
I USED TO GO TO ALBERTOS IN WILMINGTON CA AND WAS DELICIOUS FOOD. NOW IN CYPRESS FOUND THIS ALBERTOS AND ITS PERFECT. GREAT FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY HAVE SO MANY YUMMY ???? DISHES TO CHOOSE FROM. DEFINITELY COMING HERE AGAIN.
Food is amazing !!!! We had carne asada fries, they were so good. It took us less than 10 minutes to order and get through the drive thru..and our food was fresh !! I assumed that since wee received it so fast, that the fries must have been sitting but that was not the case. Food was great, they were open late and the service was just as good as the food.
My favorite place to get Carne Asada Fries from in OC. I usually get it through door dash always fast service.
Food is blah. This place used to be so good. Now the food quality is not so good, the prices are extremely high. This is no longer my go to Taco shop
