asada fries were on point meat was well seasoned & fries were nice & crispy ???? & to top it off they gave me a churro on the house ! Now that's what I call A1 customer service ????
AWESOME food, Alberto's is a name I don't see anymore in Los Angeles, as soon as I saw it I pulled over and indulged. The daytime (male) cashier thursday 29 Aug 2024 should own the place, he treats it like he cares about everything, food, drink, CLEANLINESS, and very attentive, if hes not the owner, he needs a raise, someone will offer him a raise and a job, hes that could.
This was my go to spot until I had an awful experience with the young girl at the window who by the way was also extremely rude when placing our order. I placed over $100.00 order, just so that I can get attitude and rolled eyes at me along with a stinky sigh. Please bring back the nicer older mid aged ladies who are a pleasure to run in to and GET RID OF THE SHARPIE EYEBROW WANNA BE CHOLA SIN BARRIO OUTTA THERE. If your unhappy to work there then find another line of work ESA!!
The woman at the counter is fast and very friendly! Her hospitality was well above par. Literally, service with a smile and you can feel that she loves to help.
Rolled tacos with guac, and cheese were a hit with the littles as well as the carne asada fries. The bean and cheese burritos definitely need salsa to add more flavor.
The seats are the old-school moulded plastic chairs are are very uncomfortable. And the currently isn't any outdoor seating.
Most of the time we go here its fantastic. I've tried a few different things here and while I loooove their burritos, these pollo asada nachos were delish. I do not recommend their rolled tacos though. One thing, I have noticed their prices have gone up drastically in the last couple months. So if you're looking for cheap, this isn't the place.
Hated it. They don't give you what you want and it like $3 more expensive than all the other albertos. When I ordered, I asked what the burrito has inside and the guy replied just meat, so I ordered it. I got all the way home and there was so many veggies inside of it. It was so nasty. I will never eat here again and you shouldn't either. If I could give zero stars I would.
Good food, very slow service, they do 3 drive thru orders to 1 dine in order.
This place is great but its going downhill fast they need to bring back the previous lady this current one for the sake of respect needs to improve or this restaurant will lose customers and eventually close down if this keeps up.
