What a horrible experience I had Today at this food place, I placed an order over the phone ( Pick up)

1 CARNE ASADA FRIES
well they send NACHO FRIES instead of CARNE ASADA FRIES.
I Ended up calling and talk to an employee by the name Elma who ask come back and get the right order AT NO TIME SHE ASK ME TO BRING THE NACHOS BACK, well I ended up asking a friend to go and get them for me, when she got there ELMA ask her for the nacho fries.. since my friend did not have them. ELMA REFUSE TO REPLACE THE CARNE ASADA FRIES..
IS NOT OUR FAULT THEY GIVE US THE WRONG ORDER. DEFINITELY DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING DISRESPECT IT... DEFINITELY WILL MAKE SURE TO LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS TO CHECK THEIR FOOD PRIOR OF LEAVING THIS LOCATION. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK
Couldn't get breakfast at 530am they were cleaning the grill and they are a bit pushy when your at the menu they keep saying anything else I'm like yes give me a min. Anything else I order one more thing and again Anything else I think just give people a lil time to order there was No one else in line . Thanks

This place used to be bomb! Beat place in town. But the last few months it has really gone bad. But tonight was the last time we'll eat here. We ordered asada tacos plain (cuz they started putting beans in the tacos to stretchthe meat out) with the onions & cilantro on the side. And our tortillas were drowned in oil from meat. Disgustingly amount. They just scooped up all the meat and oil and threw it on the tortilla. They have No Work Ethics! I've worked in fast food & u have to have the mind set of, Would I want to have this served to me? I hope they go back to their old ways soon. Cuz it's hard to find a Bomb Mexican Food Spot!
Very unsanitary place… the cashier / cook was grabbing money touching his face as-well and touching the food at the same time with out gloves !!!
Some of the best Mexican fast food I ever have had, been that way over a decade for me????!
I love their burrito n the carnitas Plate
To be honest its the worst burrito i’ve ever had in the States, it tastes like stinky tofu, I wanna throw right after i ate that.
