Best WLM Reviews

Incredible San Diego style taco shop!
First of all, if you want rice and beans in your carne asada burrito, and you are used to terrible Seattle Mexican food, please drive your a$$ to the closest chipotle, because you are not worthy to eat this Southern California delicacy.
Believe it or not, the food here is actually better than many places in San Diego that I grew up on. I was shocked. There is absolutely nothing better than a nice Carne Asada burrito with nothing but steak, guacamole, and pico de gallo.
Again, if you have zero taste in Mexican food and want rice and beans in your burrito, go elsewhere.
The rolled tacos are fantastic and reminded me of my childhood. Epic salsa bar and free pickled carrots, onions, and jalapeños.
Once more, if you think rice and beans belong in a burrito, you have terrible taste in Mexican food and probably grew up in Seattle.
Free salsa bar is authentically San Diegan, and they have all of the traditional drinks, like horchata.
This place is 5/5 stars and deserves a Michelin star. Guy Fieri should do an episode here. El jefe should be teaching a le cordon bleu Mexican class.
If you read this far, and still think that rice and beans belong in a burrito, please go to chipotle. You do not deserve this exquisite cuisine.
If you are from San Diego and are looking for a little taste of home, you will appreciate this place and it’s a lot easier than flying back home for a good burrito.
The reviews at other taco shops in Seattle are comical, and I cannot believe the poor taste in Mexican food and the overly generous yelp reviews from unqualified palates. No mames guey!!!!
If anyone rates this place less than five stars, they do not know what they are talking about, so please disregard their atrocious taste in food. Trust me, this place is amazing. I will give you a money back guarantee
If the prices were lower I'd go far more often. Hard to justify the prices for food that is just...fine. I live close by but would rather drive up to Omars in Lynnwood if I want taqueria food.
Would be ideal if I could get a breakfast burrito for like $6/7 but instead it's $13???? Tacos that I'd ideally pay $2 for are $4.50, etc etc. Just prices that are divorced from reality even in this inflationary point of history.
Never thought I'd complain about too much steak... But there's too much steak in the breakfast burrito. It was like a hint of eggs. Typically a good breakfast burrito is balanced but has primarily eggs. Also, no salsa? Not even a little cup? Like.... The burritos aren't self-sustaining on the flavor area. We need salsa cups bro. There wasn't even an option on Uber eats to pay for little salsa cups. Have mercy on us sad, sick people who can't drive over to you and are paying double as a result. I won't lower the rating, because I believe in the vision of your food. Just promise you'll do better.
I placed an order online yesterday and went to pick it up through the drive-through. The girl on the speaker was nice at first and then when I got up to the window, she handed me my food and as I was trying to tell her thank you she slammed the window in my face. I’m not trying to be a Karen or a rude person or anything but I don’t know who she think she is but that was extremely rude. Their food is so good but their service they need to work on it. Every other time that I’ve been there the people at the window have been extremely nice. I don’t know who hired this girl, but I think she needs a reality check and needs to be fired, this type of thing really needs to be handled by management.
We've been going here since it opened. The food was very good and the portions were impressively generous. But our last visit was not that high standard. We considered this place as the go to Mexican food but not today. We ordered the usual on our 'Taco Tuesday' but the food was poor in quality, the taste bland and portions skimpy: The Taco Salad was runny and likely due to the soggy shredded beef; They did give us another Taco salad but that was soggy too. We don't know what happened but the quality and quantity has diminished. We suspect a change in the cooks happened and attention to detail was lost in the transition. Hope the owners take note and get back to why people eat their great, tasty Mexican food.
im writing this here because grubhub doesnt let me after doing a return on an order.
the horchata was yellow af and disgusting on top of paying for large and getting a small cup.
the torta was an even bigger let down, cold food even tho the driver was here fast, crappy bread, unseason and overcooked meat with cabbage and some sort of avocado that smelled pretty bad.
this is the worse food i have ever received.
if the owner reads this, please do better.
As an amateur taco critic this experience was boarder-line disgusting. The worst lengua taco I have ever tasted!
The texture was so chewy and the flavor was nearly rotten.
If it wasn’t for the kind kids that worked there this would have been 1 star.
Not worth coming back!
Ordered rolled tacos and when biting into it I got a weird sour taste. Something off with the oil. The “guacamole” is definitely not real and is worse than Taco Bell’s. Would have actually rather ate at Taco Bell.
