Best WLM Reviews

Abysmal service. Expect to stay in the waiting room for 30+ minutes after your appointment is scheduled to start, and to have to repeatedly follow up after the mandated 15 minute mark while getting told off for following up, before they finally call someone to get you. Broken equipment including a scale that won’t stabilize (i.e staff will instead ask you your height and weight since their machines don’t work properly), in-room blood pressure monitor machine that won’t work, and more.
On our every visit we had a disappointing experience at this location. The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and responsiveness, making it frustrating to get answers to simple questions. Their demeanor came off as arrogant, which added to the overall negative experience. I hope they can improve their customer service to better assist patients and visitors in the future.
5 stars ⭐️ for the Doctors & Care takers.
The doctors are very respectful & responsible with patience answering all questions..!
Parking is free for an hour in the garage, Can get free pass upon request.
If I could give it no stars I would. I have an appointment for Friday 9/27 that I've been trying to get rescheduled since 9/20. Calling to get ahold of reception is a joke no one answers the phone. Using the answering service which is an actual person who you leave a message with and it doesn't get passed along. Go back to the answering machine that worked better. I've requested my information for the Mychart more than once and haven't received it. One of the receptionists yelled at me for standing and reading pamphlets on the table when you walk in. This place a joke. They use to be better.
If you have private insurance find a better place to go! First of all it’s impossible to get in for an appointment. The doctor will tell you they need to see you in two weeks but they can’t get you in for a month. Second, you never see the same doctor. So they don’t know anything about you or your situation until they walk in the room and read your chart. It’s extremely unorganized. I had to get blood work done and the doctor forgot to send over the order to get it done. Now I’m behind on all my prenatal care. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Absolute worst medical office I've ever dealt with. I dread trying to get an appointment. I've tried for weeks to get in touch with a human because the online portal won't allow me to message my provider or set up appointments. Just wasted another 20 minutes on hold trying to again with no luck. This is disgraceful to patient care. Especially woman carrying children and with serious conditions!
Getting appointment is a nightmare. I have tried for almost two months trying to reach out to someone for an appointment. I called and they transferred me to a nurse, which I had to leave a message. She returned my calls few days later that she would consult with the doctor and never returned my call again. I've been trying to call and the same thing happened and she didn't even give me a call back anymore. I had some unusual test results in my cervix that could lead to cancer and I had some bleedings, that's why i was trying to get an appointment. They said they're using Mychart for scheduling now but when i tried, it didn't work as well.
I was referred to go here due to I have diabetes so I’m high risk! The waiting room was very quiet and the people at the desk didn’t seem too bad! When I finally got called into my ultrasound, the lady I had was very nice and informative! Unfortunately we found that the baby has encephalocele and she had to send her superior in! He was also very nice tho I don’t remember either of their names. He explained the finding and even printed out a bunch of information for me to take home and suggested I come back for another ultrasound just to be 100% that they are correct about what they found! However, the bad review is for Dr. Morris who I was taken to see after the ultrasound to talk to about the finding a little more and answer questions! He was very rude and kept pushing that I terminate the pregnancy and that I don’t need to make another appointment for an ultrasound because it wouldn’t change anything! He made me feel as if I had no choice in what to do. He said “this is no one’s fault, no one is to blame, it’s just a defect that happened to occur.” But after saying that told me that it was my diabetes that caused it, which is totally incorrect! There have been other women who have had the same discovery during their pregnancy and were completely healthy! After the consultation, he sent in an RN named Carly! She wasnt so bad! She asked if we had any questions and gave me a pamphlet on ending a wanted pregnancy! She was supposed to call me to schedule another ultrasound and still hasn’t called after the couple weeks it’s been! All in all, I don’t think the whole place itself is bad, it just depends on who you are referred to see!
I hope someone from Albany Med Management reads this.
Saw Martha Dexter few weeks ago at Clifton Park Office. She is an excellent doctor; professional, respectful, patient, thorough examines, test, questions, instructions and treatment.
Called today to get my blood work results and was shocked by attitude of the lady on a phone (front desk at Clifton Park office). Not only I had to wait 30 min on a phone to reach her, but when we finally spoke she gave me such an attitude I was shocked! She was rude, unprofessional, aggressive and mentally unstable. Did not give me her name (said she did not feel like it), yelled at me for calling the office, informed me that that is not her job to look up my test results on a computer and finally hand up on me.
I did not have any other options but to call back, still need an answer, and looks like she is the only person at the office who picks the phone. So we spoke again. I cried for 10 minutes after that second call. She made me feel worthless and not deserving the care. Horrible experience. Horrible person. Can not believe she is able to hold the job treating patients like that.
