We had a very good experience! Marcia who did our intake was fantastic! Very calming and helpful. The NP, Susaye, that we saw was also excellent, she took the time to explain everything!
I just there on 10/02/24 my grand child was sick with sore throat and fever of 103. . I was told results was negative and to let virus run it's course. When to Dr next day an my grandchild rest were positive .so the Pa she seen gave incorrect diagnosis.
After waiting almost 2 hours at wellnow, I left to come here. I was back in a room within 5 mins and seen under 5 mins. Staff was fantastic.
I am an employee went here to be seen for nasal congestion ear ache headache body aches was seen very quickly. The front desk staff friendly and professional after my visit faxed my doctor note to my job thank you. Marsha who took my vitals and tested me for Covid and strep was very nice. the PA‘s I saw listened and took good care of me. I will recommend and go here again! Please keep up the good work .
My son has strep, went to get checked out. The registration process took forever, people were going ahead of us while we waited just to be seen for 2 mins if that. Horrible experience, I would recommend going elsewhere if you want decent care.
Went there the other day because my tonsils were inflamed. Receptionists were pretty rude and seemed annoyed anytime someone came in or went up to them. The nurse and doctor who I saw were very, very nice. But they told me they couldn’t give me anything because what I have is viral and now I’ve had a fever the last two days and feel even worse than when I came in. I don’t plan on going back ever again.
I can’t even give this place a single star, the old lady at the receptionist made my mother who can barely walk or stand not even sit. It was about an hour we’ve been there, and we got there before opening. I politely asked her “hey, I don’t want to be that person but my mom has been waiting and she can’t even sit down because her back and hip.” She interrupted me and said “well she needed to complete her workers comp for me to put her in” actually no you didn’t. You see my mom tearing up and you still made her wait 30 more minutes after me asking and ANOTHER person went in front of her. Please keep in mind, there’s about 5 people who went before us, and we were the 3rd person there and the first couple left about 10 minutes into waiting. Terrible service. Coxsackie is so much better if you don’t mind the travel, travel there.
I’ve watched this waiting room fill up AND empty out FOUR TIMES for a 5 minute drug screen. I had to ride the bus for 3 hours to get here and so far I’ve been here for over 2 hours and everyone that came after me has been seen and has left. This is one of the slowest most unprofessional urgent cares I’ve visited
